This charming open floor plan studio is located in the heart of East falls right off the schuylkill river. With the rail line being just a 5 minute walk up the road, getting to and from the airport is a breeze and it’s only a 30 minute train ride to center city. If you’re more the outdoorsy type, this town has lots to offer, from renting a kayak and rowing down the river, to seeing gorgeous scenic views of the neighboring towns through walkable nature trail paths. Makes for a beautiful sunset!

This beautiful renovated apartment is in a lovely location in Roxborough-Manayunk section of Philadelphia. It is huge! 15+foot ceilings and open floorplan allow for the most comfortable space.
