I’m incredibly happy about my stay! The host was very helpful and gave great information about the process and location. They were very attentive and always there if I had questions. The space in general was gorgeous! The pictures really didn’t do it justice! 5 star service, 5 star location! I will 1000 percent be coming back to stay with my family.

William’s place was pristine and had all the amenities you need from a home away from home. The moment we walked into the home, first thing I noticed was how clean everything is. Everything was in working order. The beds were comfy and I appreciated the extra comforters in case we needed it. Every floor had its own thermostat in case you needed to change the temperature in the home. Other commenters mentioned the noise from the nearby trains but, it’s not bad at all. I am a light sleeper and was not bothered by it. There is secured park spot 3 blocks away at a parking lot, only a 5 minute walk. I would definitely recommend the location. We will be back when we visit Philly again!

Everything was perfect! Just as described it’s our second stay at this residence and we’ll make it an annual trip.

We had a great stay at Jory's in Manayunk. A wonderful house for a group-stay. Walking distance from mainstreet, beautifully sunlit and spacious, and just an overall great spot. Jory was especially communicative when we had a few time-sensitive questions which was greatly appreciated. Would recommend!

Great place! Very peaceful and spacious. Our group felt right at home. Beds were quite comfortable! Just to manage expectations, there is a very small outdoor area in the rear of the home, but not quite a patio for entertaining and lounging. Still, everything was to our liking. Nice residential neighborhood and home is in walking distance of many great restaurants along South Street (one block away). You can also walk into the heart of downtown (center city) in about 15min. So much is accessible; Philly is one of America’s most walkable cities. Sean was an awesome host!

We had a wonderful stay at Swida’s place in Philadelphia. The 4-bedroom unit was clean, comfortable, and felt warm and inviting—perfect for our group. The location was amazing and near the hot spots in the city. Swida was a responsive and thoughtful host throughout. Highly recommend this space for anyone visiting the area!

The house was great! We were close to all the festivities and the city. The beds were very comfortable and we were provided great snacks and drinks. That was a great treat upon arrival. We would love to stay again!! Thank you!

Absolutely beautiful and spacious home! It was so comfortable with lovely furniture, large bedrooms, tons of windows and lots of rooms and outside porches to just sit and relax. We were a family of 3 generations (ages 18 to 92) and everyone loved it! It was lovely to walk in the beautiful, quiet neighborhood and there are amazing restaurants in a cute town less than a 10 minute drive away (as well as an easy to drive into Philly). Communication with the host was fantastic and she even left us homemade treats! We definitely want to stay here again!

Great accomodations with plenty of room for our family over a wedding weekend. Everything was well appointed and Ward was an extremely helpful and responsive host! Highly recommend!

The house was easy to find in a common navigation app. The house was clean and just as described. At the end of a cul de sac, it had privacy and car space. It has a separate and room that can be rented to a different guest so if you want the place to yourself make sure you rent that room as well. Carol is nice and responsive.

Place is as describe. Good neighborhood. Close to restaurants. We love the place because everybody had their own bathroom.

It was a lovely place to hang out in, and it was great to have a place to eat breakfast and lunch. We walked to the museum, the theater, and along the river walk. Walking was easier than driving and parking.

We had a great stay in Philadelphia and the apartment was just what we needed. It is just a few short blocks from a park that had a playground for our 5-year old and enough green space to walk our dog.

Sherry welcomed us to a spacious, clean, equipped and very pleasant accommodation. Plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. His house is an excellent base for discovering the city of Philadelphia. Thank you Sherry.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.! We felt very comfortable. The house was clean and smelled wonderful. Nice neighborhood. Enough space for all 5 of us. We enjoyed the “strawberry moon” from the rooftop. What a great view! Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Great stay at Nick’s — 6 of us (2 couples, 1 with 2 kids). Easy parking around the house. Nick made everything easy, including some changes to our reservation in advance of check in. Also…. Great combo restaurant and indoor mini golf spot is a 10 min walk!

Sean was absolutely incredible! Due to an unexpected issue with our previous stay, we had to book last minute—and he welcomed us without hesitation. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at home. The property itself is stunning—serene, safe, and beautifully maintained. Five stars all around!

The listing pictures doesn’t do any justice capturing how gorgeous this house actually is. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away. The home was spotless and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. Our host was exceptionally responsive and accommodating making check-in and communication a breeze. We did face a little inconvenience with the pool since it wasn’t clean for our stay (host even offered a partial refund!). Besides that, we did not want to leave! If you’re considering booking, don’t hesitate because this place is a gem.

Our family had a wonderful stay at Jeneene's home. Jeneene was exceptionally communicative, responsive and thoughtful, including leaving a sweet congratulatory note to our daughter (who was graduating), providing local recommendations specific to our needs, and allowing us late check out. We came to Cindy’s place for a High School graduation. It was an easy 18 minute commute to Lawrenceville. The house accommodated our party. There was lots of room for our 10 guest in the house, Great kitchen to cook in. The yard was big and spacious. Areas to throw a football, kids to play on the playground and area for adults to gather at the pool and cabana. Communication and check in was all easy.

The game room was absolutely amazing and the hot tub, also a highlight . We loved the bar and the frosted glassware. The hosts were present/available without being at all intrusive. There were ample bathrooms and shower facilities with towels a’plenty. The beds were comfortable and the fire place,an unexpected bonus. The kitchen facilities were roomy and fully stocked. It was clean, comfortable and tons of fun- worth every penny 😊

Honestly, the best hospitality of any place we’ve stayed. We felt right at home. The thoughtfulness that went into preparing the home for us, was unmatched. We highly recommend staying here. It was perfect. Thank you, Mrs. Betty!

We had a great stay at Michelle’s place for our high school friend get together. We wanted a place near Longwood Gardens and a place to relax. We got them both! The surroundings were beautiful and the home was open and lovely! We hope to be back!
