Holiday rentals with a home cinema in Phra Khanong

Love the apartment and the host! Veronica is super responsive — we had troubles with the arrival date and we talking closely with Veronica to manage it. She is always open to whether we need something, new stuff or additional amenities. The apartment feels really cozy, the gym and swimming pool are on the 37 floor of B building. It's a bit small, but greatly organized, so for a couple without children it's amazing 💜 The building has Face ID, so it feels secure. A minor downside of face id is that it's impossible to check-in on Sunday as the administrators might not be present — and you need to have Face ID to use elevators and all doors. Great location if you work in Spring Tower WeWork. It might take time to get to the very center during traffic, but I think it's everywhere in Bangkok like that. Especially cool that there's an express way nearby to get to ParQ Business Center. Overall, it's one of the best apartments I stayed in during my trips to Bangkok.

The swimming pool is not working due to the earthquake, the employees are cool, the hostess is helpful, the flat is good and clean. The location is a bit inconvenient, but close to mall

Very nice pool, good gym, and common space. Good view from balcony. Sun side, but conditioners work well. Interior cozy, especially carpets. Big convenient parking. 7-11 and coffee machines on first floor

Beautiful place with a beautiful view that we will always carry in our hearts. The palace offers plenty of activities and the surroundings are quiet and with many restaurants.

This stay at Neo's was perfect! The apartment was very clean and great location! The bed is large and super comfortable! The Disney + option is great! Highly recommend, very good value for money!

The house is very clean and jist as described in the listing. There is ample space for the 7 of us to lounge, enjoy full group meals and rest. The air-conditioning, bathrooms, kitchen and washing machine all worked well and made us feel like staying at home. Gems and James were very helpful in fixing all the minor issues we encountered, from sending a plumber to replace the kitchen faucet, purchasing an additional hair dryer and toilet paper, bringing over a match for the kitchen stove, to helping check the shower heater & Netflix on the living room projector. The house is in a very inner area of Ekkamai so there was no noise pollution at all; just make sure to double confirm the pick-up and drop-off locations when booking Bolt / Grab because one road to the next is 3-5min drive. We visited right after the Songkran festival so it's the hottest time of the year - chose not to walk around at all!

Greatest homestay ever! The bedding is very comfortable and the decoration is very beautiful, the host is very nice. The host's Chinese is excellent!

The place was very spacious, clean, and got all the amenities you need. There are many convenient stores nearby and you can a motorcycle to the nearest BTS in 5 minutes. However, the only downside is that it is located in very narrow alley, so it is recommended to drive a small car if you are driving there.

We found this place very nice and conveniently located. Nam was responsive when needed. This place is located in the middle of Bangkok, so people who are sensitive to noise, take traffic jams.

We are a group of more than ten people traveling. During these few days, we all feel that the accommodation environment is comfortable. Each room has a different design style. Transportation is also convenient. The host responds to our questions very promptly. It is highly recommended for groups traveling with many people to choose this place.

If you’re looking for a place to stay in Bangkok and you’re 3-4 people this is the best place! Its spacious and it has 2 bathrooms which is the best! The neighborhood is quiet and there’s a 7/11 on the ground floor where you can buy food. It’s quite far to the city centre and other tourist attraction but no worries since you can just book Bolt. You can just divide the fare if you’re in the group. There’s a near MRT station if you wish to commute but really I highly recommend Bolt. Lek is an awesome host! Easy to communicate and is very generous coz he let us check out late. The best accommodation here in Bangkok!

Our stay at Toshiaki’s penthouse was nothing short of incredible! The view from the penthouse was absolutely breathtaking, and the space itself was in pristine condition. Every detail was well-maintained, making it a truly luxurious experience. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for an unforgettable stay. We would love to return in the future!

Had a great stay here. The hosts were super generous, attentive, and made everything easy with clear instructions and detailed rules. There’s a 7-11 and market just over a nearby overpass with some small shops too. The BTS is about an hour walk or you can take a shuttle. I felt safe every time I chose to walk. There's a great night market near Yaek Kor Por Aor station with inexpensive and tasty food and random finds. I chose this place for the price, location near a Muay Thai gym and access to the airport. Everything was clean and modern. Kitchen is small but worked fine, and the washer with drying rack was a big plus. The building wasn’t affected by the March 28th quake. The security guards were friendly, and there’s a Tao Bin drink machine and a small gym with basic equipment, a couple of standing bags and even a ring—tight space, but useful. The pool gets frequent use. A solid, quiet spot if you're not trying to be in the middle of the city. Would stay again!

Very friendly and always helpful

The owner really great and friendly supportive. He is very thoughtful. Location very close to Impact, easy to travel. Services at the apartment same as 5 stars hotel. We are super happy to stay here. Will be back soon. :)
