Nym was amazing and so attentive! She even had the TV replaced while we were there because it wasn't working! Front room is noisy due to being right on the road but still an amazing location with great a/c and coffee shop on courner and 7/11 and laundry within walking distance.

It's best to be able to rent a single-family home at this price point. It's an old house, so you can't ask for perfect cleanliness, but it's well-maintained and has a lot of different charms. 1. First of all, you can experience local alleys in Thailand. Everyone was friendly. It's a little difficult to get to, but the staff personally met you, so it's not difficult to get there once you check in. 2. The old Thai house was remodeled with that feeling. It's a pity that it's old and creaks and the surrounding road noise comes in, but the air conditioner is cool and the water is really clean. I used the shower filter, but it was white until the day I came back. And the jacuzzi is the best. You can start and end the day very refreshingly. 3. If the host is friendly and informs you of the surrounding food and sightseeing, the response is very fast.

It's my first bnb experience, made me felt very comfortable and friendly. The house is not located at CBD but not too far, and easy to find. Close to BTS station, lots of food venders and a 7-11 around corner. Totally shows Bangkok's local street, very suitable for someone want to explore local life and foodies. We had a wonderful week at lovely cozy house, wish can come back soon!

The host was very nice and helpful — he even made sure to be there when we checked in. The design of the place is great, especially the living room, which is stylish and perfect for young people. Everything was smooth and enjoyable. The only minor downside is the soundproofing — you can hear some noise from outside in the morning. But overall, a great experience!

We enjoyed our stay at this house. The house is big and beautiful with lots of room. The host was always responsive and helpful with anything we needed. The water pressure was good and the AC is cold. The washer was a bonus. We can definitely recommend.

The place is really as per the pictures, it’s very well located near BTS but also near the Sathon Pier, which is super convenient to move on the river. All in all, a great stay!

A very nice room and friendly communication.

By far the best airbnb we've stayed at, price-wise, location-wise, plus all the amenities. The free daily laundry helped us out so much. Felt like a hotel but was still cozy and homey. The place looked like the pictures and was spacious enough for our luggage. We also loved the Ari area -- the cute cafes and good restaurants, that were all walking distance, was such a great treat. We were also allowed to leave our luggage after check out 💗 Thank you for your hospitality! We look forward to staying again on our next Bangkok trip.

Mimi House is a great way to experience a more local side of Bangkok with easy access to major tourist sights. It’s located directly within Wang Lang market, with tons of delicious authentic Thai food options and several 7-11’s within 3 minute walk. Wat Pho and the Grand Palace are easily accessible (<15 minutes) by water taxi from Prannok pier. It’s a bit far from MRT station but with a grab you can be there quickly. The space was clean; check in was easy; the price was fair. Overall a fantastic value, made even better by the fact that I could see Wat Phra Kaew from my window. Mimi was always responsive, kind, and willing to answer any questions or provide help. I would certainly stay here again!

Large and well-furnished apartment in the central area of Bangkok. The host has always been available for any questions. Water and snacks available for the duration of your stay! I can only absolutely recommend this apartment!

This was my first solo trip ever... Frank has been an amazing host, very reliable, very trustworthy, very easy to communicate. The place is very near to bts sky train , everything is easily accessible. The apartment is very well maintained, clean and as described. It's in a great location, making it easy to get around and get to the main points of interest. The entrance is simple and very well explained, which makes check-in hassle-free. Host is responsive, responds quickly to messages, and is very helpful. We felt confident throughout the stay. The only thing to note: the bed is very firm. Personally, I didn't like it, but my partner loved it – it's really a matter of personal preference. Apart from that, everything was perfect!

Great apartment, with everything you need. The gym and swimming pool on the 49th floor are really amazing, with incredible 360 city views. B has been super nice and helpful, providing tons of good tips and adresses. The location is also very convenient, next to a BTS and MRT stations: perfect base for exploring Bangkok.

Stella was easily the best Airbnb host I have ever had. She was extremely responsive and quick to help out with any recommendations. Her place was absolutely stunning, exactly as described in the listing. Check in instructions were extremely easy to follow with information she provided. I am so thankful that I was able to stay at her place and highly recommend any guest stay there.

My wife and I stayed here for 2 weeks in May 2025, the apartment had everything we needed and was in a popular area, it’s about a 10 min walk to Sukhumvit Rd. Which suited us well. I used the gym quite a few times which was good. All instructions were very clear and it was extremely well organised. The only thing which we found slightly difficult was that we only had 1 key and security pass which are connected together and as there was 2 of us and quite often went out separately we had to co ordinate our times to make sure we could get back into the apartment. 2 keys and security passes would be a big help. All good though. Thank you A+++

It was great staying at Chonny’s place! The stay itself was very nice and was in a great location. We enjoyed using the pool and there was even a nice gym as well. There were three of us and we felt very comfortable in the space as well. Would definitely recommend!

This condo is a very good option for staying in the heart of Bangkok. The hosts are very courteous, accommodating and prompt in communication. The apartment is very clean and well equipped with everything you need for a short or longer stay by a single person or a couple. The location is good, being about 10 minute walk from BTS Nana. However, being at the end of a one-way street with no direct access to adjacent streets where more restaurants and other venues are available is a slight disadvantage. Great value overall.
