Apartment holiday rentals in Phra Sing

I really enjoyed staying in this cosy apartment in central Chiang Mai. It was exactly as described, clean, modern and comfortable, and in an excellent central location. Nubkhun is an excellent host and was extremely helpful with very detailed instructions on the check in procedures, the apartment facilities and lots of useful local knowledge and great advice on where to go and what to see. Highlight of the trip for me was the amazing night bazar/market (Anusarn Market) on Changklan Road just a 5 minute walk from the apartment. I would recommend this apartment to anyone who is visiting Chiang Mai and I would not hesitate to book it again on my next trip to CM.

Beautiful and modern place, not too far from city center

This is my second stay with Gaew. I had an amazing stay last time. This time I stayed at Gaew’s new listing - when it still had no review - because I’m so confident that my stay would be pleasant and I was right. This new room is spotlessly clean and aesthetically designed in Japanese style. Gaew is as welcoming, friendly and responsive as usual. I love the location too - it’s in a peaceful and quiet neighborhood yet it’s not far from the popular places like the old town and Nimman. Most importantly as a solo female traveller I feel very safe. The neighborhood itself is worth exploring with local food (eg the grilled pork store open in the morning with a few steps away from the apartment) and the cute cafes. All in all, I couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Next time if I am back in Chiangmai (which I certainly will), I will definitely book Gaew’s room again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a cozy and well-hosted stay!

This was a last minute stay for me, and I have absolutely no regrets. Not only was the location perfect, and beautiful on the inside but the hot was extremely communicative and helpful.

We loved Bingyu's place, it was exactly what we were looking for in Chiang Mai. Gorgeous bathroom with a lovely tub. Great location too, just 6 minutes drive to Old City. Would highly recommend. Bingyu was very helpful with clear instructions to check in as well. Thank you!

Great place to stay overall. Easy to access and there were parking lots available for cars. Walkable distance to nearby mall, night market, cafes and convenient store! The place is also safe to stay. The only issue i had was the noise of airplanes and heavy rain. If you are a light sleeper, this place is not recommended. Or else, overall is a good place to live!

The condo was in a quiet area of Nimman. Nice view, nice furnishings, good kitchenware, comfy bed, good bathroom facilities. Security guards were always on duty and very friendly and helpful. Pimpinan was easily contacted when we asked to extend our stay one day. This is a great place to stay if you want to get the feel of Nimman. Everything you could want is close to you.

Nice stay overall. There are shops and big 7/11 on the opposite side, also KFC, milk tea, clinic etc. It is just 10min to the Airport and close distance to other places like Night Bazaar. I especially like the coffeshop on the right side of Condo entrance, good food for waiting to checkin 🥹 Host also flexible for checkin so really appreciate that. Next time will try the pool when i can clearly could not find time 🥲

The sky pool alone is worth the stay here, the beautifully decorated apartment and balcony view is just a bonus!

Really nice place and looked just like the photos. In a great location with lots to walk to, but still was private. Would recommend!

Very happy to stay at Astra Skyriver Apartment, very convenient to stay, safe to travel, surrounded by 7/11 convenience store and KFC, apartment management is perfect and very safe, rooftop sky pool is also very satisfactory, will choose to stay again next time

Lanna’s place was perfect! It reminded me of my home - like home away from home. Lanna was probably by far one of the most helpful kind hosts I have experienced - I ended up injuring my ankle and lanna went out of her way to find her walking cast for me to try. As well as pulling up clinics - hospital and pharmacy for me. She is such a kind soul 💕 Her home was one of my favorite airbnbs I have stayed in

We just really enjoyed our stay here. The apartment itself is super light because of the large windows and because it’s a corner apartment, so you have light from both sides of the building, which we really really loved. It has everything you need in the kitchen/ bathroom etc. Yes you do hear the airplane, but you hear that everywhere on this side of Chiang Mai and it’s not disturbing and we got used to it really quick. The location of the apartment is great, with lots of shops around. If the apartment was still available, we would’ve extended our stay so definitely recommend the place!

Stayed at Fy's place for 7 weeks while studying Thai at a nearby language school at Pantip Plazza. I've stayed at "The Astra" many times over the years and love the location, the always friendly and helpful security staff and the abundance of restaurants just a short walk away. If you rent a motorbike as I do when in Chiang Mai, there's plenty of parking in the building. Fy's apartment stood out for the cleanliness, the very comfortable bed and pillows and the thoughtful decor. The view from the 9th story balcony overlooking the grounds of the "Shangri-La Hotel" is lovely and especially relaxing in the evenings. A nice place to come "home" to at the end of a long day. Definitely recommend, and would book here again on my next trip to Chiang Mai. Cheers. 🙏

We had a lovely time staying at this nice airbnb. The space was very clean and spacious. It was a nice place to relax after spending a long day doing activities in Chiang Mai. The amenities like the pool and sauna were a great bonus for relaxation. Our family appreciated how it was a walkable distance from the night market.

Lovely studio. The space is large in design compared to most of Astra. Really nice huge balcony overlooking the greenery and pool of shangri-la A nice amount of cooking tools compared to most of Astra Cai is nice, helpful, and communicative

The place is great, just as it appears. We used the pool once and that was cool & refreshing. Across the street are some food spots plus there are some food stalls that were simple and affordable (had egg over rice one day, street sushi another day). A number of massage shops nearby and other resturants that were walkable. I also walked to the grocery store & night market; totally doable with sneakers (I'd likely take a tuk-tuk if I was just in flip flops as those were relatively inexpensive). The elephant reserve, organic cooking class were both tours I setup with a shop on-site at the building. The temple tour with ex-monk was one I found online that was well worth it. Enjoy!

Located next door to the Shangri-La Hotel, you can walk to 7-Eleven in a minute or ten minutes to BigC.If you like the Chiang Mai Night Bazaar Generation, it is basically all within 20 minutes walking distance.And the walking street of the ancient city is half an hour away, but it is very convenient to request a ride. The inside of the apartment is fully equipped, there is also a gym and a small swimming pool on the roof of the building.The interior is not new, but generally acceptable, and the hygiene situation is good. The small drawback is that the soundproofing of the walkway at the entrance door is normal, but the two-bedroom layout of the room has no effect on the bedroom.As well as the windows of the hotel across the road, the curtain needs to be closed all the time if you mind the privacy issue. All in all, it's a very good value for money.
