Holiday rentals with a pool in Phra Sing

This place is such a wonderful find for families. We stayed there for a month and we typically got around by using a grab or one of the bicycles that was on the property. We were given local recommendations. The pool was really wonderful and there were lots of great toys that my kids played with. The hot water heater works great. The air conditioning worked in each room. There were lots of items in the kitchen that made cooking really easy. I’m so glad that we were able to stay here for the month and I wish we could’ve stayed longer. We enjoyed it a lot..

🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 “Peaceful stay in the heart of Chiang Mai!” We absolutely loved our stay at this Airbnb! The location was perfect — tucked away in a quiet alley, yet only a short walk from all the amazing temples, cafes, and night markets. The apartment was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed. We especially appreciated the fast Wi-Fi, comfy bed, and little touches like fresh bottled water and local recommendations. Our host was super responsive and friendly, offering great tips for exploring the Old City and arranging airport pickup. Waking up to birdsong and having coffee on the balcony made our mornings feel magical. Highly recommended if you’re visiting Chiang Mai and want a peaceful, authentic experience with all the modern comforts. We’ll definitely be back!

It is very conveniently located, easy to reach Maya Mall and Ningman road for shopping and eating various local food . The host is also very warm hearted to help you before and during the stay

This place is flawless. On the first floor, there is a spacious living room, a beautiful kitchen, a pleasant bedroom, and two bathrooms. There are also 2 bedrooms and a bathroom on the 2nd floor. The swimming pool is spacious enough for playing in the water, and there are plenty of tubes. There is a convenience store right in front, and everything is cleaned neatly after going out. I will definitely come back here next time.

What a wonderful place to stay! Gorgeous shared pool with a private hot tub and very spacious bedrooms. Everything was pristine and matched the photos exactly. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend everyone to come here when visiting Chiang Mai. Super attentive hosts who are extremely responsive to all your needs.

Staying at Lux Villa in Chiang Mai was honestly one of the highlights of our trip. Tucked away in a quiet area just a short drive from the city center, it felt like our own private oasis — peaceful, beautiful, and so relaxing. The villa itself was stunning, both luxurious and homey. The bedrooms were super comfortable, and everything was spotlessly clean. We especially loved spending time by the private pool — morning dips, lazy afternoons in the sun, and evenings under the stars. It was exactly what we needed to unwind. One of the best parts was how easy everything felt. We had plenty of space to spread out, cook meals, or just hang out in the open living area. Even though we weren’t right in the middle of town, getting to Chiang Mai’s temples, cafes, and markets was quick and easy. If you’re looking for a quiet, beautiful place to stay that still keeps you close to everything Chiang Mai has to offer, I can’t recommend Lux Villa enough. We were genuinely sad to leave.

This is a good place for family or a group of friends. Pretty close to night market and some day market. In addition the owner Sarah is friendly and we had a great time with my family. Thanks Sarah

The apartment is well located and walkable to Nimman 1, maya mall.The room is well equipped and the balcony mountain view is magnificent.The homeowner was very responsive and communicative.Temporary due to late check out and house owner openly.Friendly and quiet neighborhood.Renovated during stay, working hours can be noisy, can't do it.The balcony door is screened and sealed but still can hear the airplane.But it doesn't affect my sleep.I'll come back when I get the chance. Location: The apartment is in a great location. It's just a 5 minute walk to Maya and you don't need to go through the major crossroads so no waiting for traffic lights when going to the Mall. It's very quiet at night and the noise of the planes didn't bother us at all. Apartment: The space was very comfortable and had everything we needed for a great stay. Has basic cooking supplies and utensils etc. The bed is very comfortable and the shower is very powerful. The wi-fi is very fast and stable. There is lots of storage space and the host left us extra bedding and towels as we stayed for a month. There's a washing machine on the balcony and it's easy to get clothes dried as you can pull back the shutters to keep the heat in from the A/C units. The space is much smaller in person compared to how it looks in the photos and, like other reviews said, there is very little natural light, which didn't really bother us as we were out most of the day. Host: Very helpful and quick to reply.

I am very happy with our stay. Wonderful apartment, lovely rooftop bar and good gym. Very good location of the apartment. Golf was an excellent host and always helped us, we got to check in early and check out late with just a small fee. Would stay here again!

The apartment is compact but very well organized in terms of space. There's a desk in the bedroom where you can comfortably work with a laptop. The internet was stable and sufficient for two people working remotely. The kitchen is convenient and equipped with everything you need. I can confidently recommend this place if you're traveling alone or as a couple. As mentioned in other reviews, there's a large shopping mall right across the street. We were pleasantly surprised that we didn't hear any noise from planes landing or taking off.

Dao’s place was so homey. We didn’t want to leave!! He was very communicative and gave us very clear instructions on what to do to get in. Loved every minute of our stay.

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! Tucked away from the city's hustle and bustle, it offers a peaceful retreat. Despite being off - the - beaten - path, there are small convenient stores nearby, which is really handy. Since we hired a car, getting around was a breeze. I'd recommend families traveling here to consider car - hiring for easy exploration. The driver, Chat, was incredibly friendly. He made every journey enjoyable with his warm personality. The breakfast served daily was outstanding. For the price, it was such a great deal, filled with a wide variety of delicious items. The host and her husband were extremely helpful. They provided us with local tips, recommendations on places to visit, and made sure we had everything we needed. I can't recommend this place enough! It truly made my trip unforgettable.

All checks are met, Naddhawud was super communicative and sent us many helpful local recommendations. The host was super velcoming and the place was exactly how described and in photos. Area is super chill and quiet, very nice stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Chandra Residence. Shanee and Uli were the most wonderful hosts, always available to help and assist with everything. Location is just outside of Chiang Mai, in a very peaceful setting. Home itself is very large and has all needed amenities. Getting food delivered, transportation, massages in the property or a private chef experience was as simple as asking for it. Shanee and Uli truly have something very special in there. I don't think I will be staying anywhere else if back to Chiang Mai.

What a great place for a big group. Lots of beds, space and fun little pool in a great location. Yes you can hear planes go over between 7am and 11pm but that would happen anywhere in the happening town of Nimman. The daily breakfast and clean doesn't happen anymore as per previous older reviews. Cleaner comes every 2nd day and does a great job. Would stay again.

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful villa. It was comfortable for 5 adults and 2 children. Quiet, private, excellent neighborhood with great coffee shops, restaurants, laundromat, 7-11, grocery store, nail salons- all within walking distance. The hosts were so lovely, very accommodating and quick to respond to any questions. The place was cleaned every morning by 1 or 2 lovely staff who also brought breakfast. The pool was refreshing in the afternoon heat and kept the kids entertained, plus a beautiful lounge area around the pool for relaxing. The location is not far from the old city either- less than 10 min red truck ride to the Tha Phae Gate. Thank you Kat and Bobby for these wonderful accommodations.
