this is my first airbnb where check-in was extremely seamless and uncomplicated and i genuinely appreciate that. even though there were no lifts and the way up to the apartment is dark and narrow, we still felt safe and at least the other inhabitants were private and mindful! it would be nice to have simple clothing rack where we can air clothes and towels. otherwise, the amenities were substantial, bed is clean and i really liked the electric air freshener in the toilet. slayed!!

Very nice, clean and well stocked apartment. The highlight is that the swimming pool is extremely impressive, spacious, clean and nice view – ideal for relaxing. Quiet space, close to the center, friendly host. Well worth the experience!

Great spot, multiple month long stays there! Several local restaurants nearby with great food. Pretty close to a couple convenient stores and a bank for their ATM. Local coffee shops are all over. Can’t beat the location.

We had such a great experience staying here as a whole family! The accommodation was clean, spacious, and very comfortable — perfect for a large group. The location was incredibly convenient, with everything within walking distance. We also loved how the house was decorated — it truly gave us a feel of the local culture. We were a little surprised at first by this small driveway and this atypical accommodation different from the others, but also very quickly accustomed. The place was clean, well-equipped and in a good location and communication with the host went well.

Me and my family are very satisfied during this holiday, everything was just as I expected from the information booked on Airbnb The house is beautiful and the status quo is new as the picture, clean, friendly staffs support quickly. We had a wonderful stay at Thuy’s place. From the moment we arrived, she made us feel incredibly welcome and at home. The space was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Only thing I have to say is the airbnb looked different from the photos listed but I’m not complaining since it was even better in person. Host should really update photos! My friends and I enjoyed our stay. It was clean, quiet and had many stores around.

Clean rooms, great central location just minutes from Bui Vien and Ben Thanh Market, functional washer and dryer and great views of the city. Hosts were great communicators and very helpful throughout our stay.

A great little apartment with everything you need, away from the hustle and bustle of centre of town but close enough to be in the centre in no time at all. Decent sized beds and fully furnished exactly what we needed!

Clean and beautiful unit at a Top Class location in Ho chi minh. Landmark81 at the doorstep. Walking distance to the parks and Saigon river. Plenty of convenience, groceries, cafes, restaurants. Quiet at night. Was able to enjoy a good rest

We chose this place because it's the only Airbnb in Ho Chi Minh that offers free access to both the pool and gym. At most other Airbnbs, you have to pay for every use, but here, you can use the gym and pool anytime you want at no extra cost. The location is great, it's close to District 1 but situated in a quiet and less busy area. The host is very prompt and efficient, regularly checking in to see how our stay is going and asking if we need anything. We requested extra towels, and they delivered them right away after I messaged Hai Yen. I love the gym equipment, they have everything you need. The only thing missing is music to help motivate gym-goers while working out. The pool is also great, it's large and well-maintained. There's even a Family Mart downstairs, so if you get hungry, you can just head down and grab a snack or meal.

Host was very friendly and accommodating! Can be a little difficult to drive to District 1 if it’s peak hour, but plan ahead and you’ll be good to go. Would definitely recommend.

I had an amazing stay at Masteri Centre Point. The apartment was spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully stocked with everything I needed—kettle, air fryer, rice cooker, diffuser, yoga mat, full laundry, Netflix-ready TV, and very fast Wi-Fi averaging 500mbps. The beds were extremely comfortable, bathrooms were ventilated, and the air conditioning kept the space cool. The building is quiet, clean, and has six elevators. The gated complex has 24 hour security, helpful staff, and beautifully maintained grounds. There’s a large pool, several gyms, and it’s only a five minute walk to a mall and driving range. Plenty of great food options are nearby for both delivery and walking. The host was incredibly responsive, spoke fluent English, and made everything seamless. Masteri is in Vinhomes Grand Park, a newer, clean, and safe part of Saigon, about 30 to 60 minutes from the city centre. I’d absolutely stay here again.
