Stayed at this Airbnb for the 2nd time. Spacious room in a secure building with a good-sized bed, TV, 2-seater couch and hotel-like bathroom amenities (which was positively surprising). Room was clean at check-in and cleaning was offered every few days, including change of bedsheets. Minh was always responsive and friendly. I booked this room to be close to friends/family in neighbouring districts. For those visiting for the first time and regularly commuting to district 1, note that it takes about 20-30mins by rideshare at a cost of VND80-120k each way. Still, probably worth the money saved on expensive hotels. Will definitely return again.

I stayed here to transition from a long summer vacation in the US back to Vietnam. Thien and Kim are the nicest people you could ever meet. Quiet, clean, respectful, funny, generous, and helpful. I couldn’t have asked for better hosts for my situation. I highly recommend them and their room.

This is one of the most beautiful and large rooms I can stay in, feeling relaxed when soaking in the chill bathtub with familiar music. Big Smart TV, I watched good movie on Netflix. It was unique that the room had up to 2 balconies, the front was bustling and helpful to have the convenience store right by the road, I enjoyed the cool breeze while sitting watching the stars in the back balcony. Finally, the mattress is extremely soft and the silk bed drap is very cool , I had a very good sleep. A little problem when taking the stairs but it is spacious and airy. Khanh supported me to carry my luggage up to the room , which was great . Really miss the room and hope to come back again, would highly recommend.
