Christophe’s home is perched in the tallest apartment tower in Kamala, offering a serene breathtaking views of the ocean, hills, and surrounding forest and no disturbance at all. If you’re self-driving, access to the building is a breeze. Otherwise, you’ll need to switch elevators halfway, climb a short flight of stairs, and take another lift. But it’s all worth it - 10/10 for the view and the apartment. Communication was on point!

Logement de très bon standing, très propre, situé dans un complexe bien équipé. Le séjour a été globalement très agréable. Petit point à noter : il serait utile de préciser que la piscine et la salle de sport ne se trouvent pas directement dans le bâtiment du condo, mais dans le complexe, ce qui implique de sortir, marcher quelques minutes et prendre les ascenseurs, un peu moins pratique les jours de pluie ou quand on est pressés. Autre information qui pourrait être utile pour certains voyageurs : Surin est une zone très touristique, majoritairement fréquentée par des Russes et des Indiens. L’ambiance y est assez différente de celle qu’on associe généralement à la Thaïlande, et c’est aussi à l’opposé de Phuket Town en termes d’atmosphère. Cela reste un très bon choix selon ce que l’on cherche !

Stay here in June! Great location! Very close most attractions! Host very responsive and good cleanliness! Decor different to other Condos which is refreshing!

The host is the best since using airb&b. But if somebody concerns about street noise for overnight, no recommend. Also The wall between next door is very thin, so easy to hear the next door noisy.

First of all, Fantastic communication at all times and easy with Ken, is so friendly. Have stayed in Patong Towers AirBNB's before but this place was a standout, and not the least because of the amazing views. This place is a great location in Patong beach with a great view of beach and sunset. The apartment had everything one could need for a very comfortable stay. Netflix etc was a huge bonus for some downtime now. Super fast wi-fi made media posting of pics of the beach view. Bed was comfy, lots of towels etc and even woven beach mats. Nice roomy bathroom. the kitchen had everything that I needed. Aircon worked very well in both living areas. Can highly recommend to everyone looking for an exceptional self-catering holiday with view to die for. Thank you for letting us stay.

Dean is a stand out and an all star, and so are his rental properties at Chom Tawan! We loved every minute of our time in his rental and truly appreciate his level of genuine effort and communication. We cooked meals everyday thanks to the fully stocked kitchen and spent unforgettable moments in the apartment, the pool. the beautiful property and, of course, the breathtaking beaches just a short stroll away. Do yourself the favor and book you're stay at Chom Tawan through Dean; there may be alternate Airbnb options for this property but there's only one Dean🙏🏽.

This apartments are almost the best I’ve been in Phuket. I’m very happy to meet Julie and her beautiful apartment near Kata Beach. Very well furnished and well equipped with almost everything you need during your holidays in Thailand, all the stuff in the apartment is very good quality and almost new. Very beautiful apartment with astonishing ocean view on Kata Bay. Super highly recommend to stay here and enjoy your holidays. Definitely will come her again

Beautiful affordable place to stay! Host was very responsive at all times. Had a wonderful time relaxing in the pool after long day. Only thing it’s far away from the city .

Stayed for two days here...place was amazing! Had an issue with a lock on sliding door and maintenance was there to fix in less than 5 min after notification. Place was very clean! Shower head could use to be replaced was the only thing we noticed. Safe was being replaced as well as I let him know it would not open. Outstanding communication with a ton of local advice. Thank you!!!

Abdullah and the whole facilities of the hotel amazing! Ideal place to stay away from hot and dirty Patong city but still very close. Perfect location.Room nice and spacious with a free and safe parking.

Super location, great facilities, so handy having a washing machine and rooftop pool. Overall great value, only negative is the lack of a 2nd key and essentials

5/5 Stars Sam was an amazing host—very hospitable and helpful! The Airbnb listing was great and the location was convenient. Just a heads-up: make sure to wait for Sam to send you the exact location through Airbnb messages—we took a taxi and got dropped off at the wrong spot, but it worked out fine. Sam helped us find a laundromat and shared some great tips and tricks for exploring Thailand. Highly recommend staying here!

Remote seaside retreat with beautiful view and access to good restaurants and night market. Excellent hosts. Fully stocked apartment with everything we could ask for and more. Definitely recommend for a quick weekend getaway.

Ich hatte das Glück, diese wunderschöne Wohnung mit Pool und atemberaubenden Blick über das Meer auf Airbnb buchen zu können. Wir waren zehn Tage in dieser Luxus Wohnung und haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist sehr angenehm temperiert, danke zahlreicher fest eingebaut und zugfreier Klimaanlagen wird eine angenehme frische in der Wohnung verteilt. Die Badezimmer sind sehr großzügig und modern eingerichtet, ebenso gut hat uns die Küche und das Wohnzimmer gefallen. Die Betten waren sehr angenehm und ein begehbarer Kleiderschrank ist auch vorhanden. Michael und seine Verwalterin vor Ort haben immer sofort bei Fragen reagiert und sind mir bei einem kleinen Problem sofort entgegengekommen. Der großzügige Pool war super sauber und wir waren sehr oft einfach nur auf der Terrasse und haben unsere Zeit genossen. Man kann Essen sehr einfach via der App Grab bestellen, auch eine Tax Bestellung ist möglich. Wir hatten ein Mietfahrzeug und konnten direkt vor der Unterkunft parken.

Absolutely amazing stay!! The place is exactly as the pictures show, it has an amazing location which makes it so convenient! All amenities are available and of high quality honestly couldn’t fault it, Andy and Nikki were both so helpful and accommodating from the get go and made sure everything was arranged for us which was an amazing service from the both of them! Minorrr cons, The bed is a little hard but you get used to it and I wish the shower was a little warmer but it is still warm enough to have a nice shower so don’t let that put you off Overall an incredible place, I highly recommend this room to everyone looking to stay in patong, you wouldn’t want to miss it! P.s the balcony view… INCRECIBLE!

Apartment is new, furniture, bed, kitchen equipment was new, bed was comfortable, which was the most important factor for me, pillows were as you find in luxury hotels. Never watched tv but there is one. Perfect for a single traveller Close to boat avenue, there is 7-11 money exchange and motorbike hire within 100 meters. Place to park car and motorbikes. 24-7 security and a gate Only negative I would say is the door alarms, if someone leave the door open for more than a few seconds or press the handle a little long the doors make a noise like a screaming geese, which thanks to my hopeless and inconsiderate neighbour I woke up many times.

Peaceful, Cool, and Perfect for a Solo Getaway This place was absolutely lovely—peaceful, quiet, and the perfect size for 1–2 travelers. The rooms stayed cool for long periods, which made it incredibly comfortable, even during the hotter parts of the day. I spent my evenings relaxing and studying here, and the calm environment really helped me stay focused. Shops and essentials were all within easy reach—just a short walk or bike ride away. One of the highlights of my stay was the kindness of the hosts. They were so welcoming and even gave me a ride to Nai Harn Beach, which made for a truly memorable experience. Thank you so much for the wonderful stay. I’ll definitely be returning!

This property is a great value! The unit was immaculate. Host is super responsive and friendly. He usually responded in less than 5 minutes. Direct access to a beautiful, clean beach. Surf can be a bit rough, but it is definitely swimmable. Highly recommend
