Holiday rentals with a home cinema in Phường 22

The best host ever in my experience of using Air BnB. Everything was smoothly taken cared while I was staying for five days. Room conditions, and bath rooms with beddings were clean. Of course it is located in south east asia, it is humid when you get into the unit, but as soon as turn on the air con, you can feel the refreshing feeling with your bedding and smell of the room. If I had to comeback to hochiminh for work or break, I will definately come back to Thanh’s place. My first time staying in this location. I like the easy access to D1. The Airbnb was fantastic. I liked the hi tech clothes streamer! My gripe was not enough glasses for drinking.

located right amidst the hustle bustle we stayed at Huys place, and the hosts were very gracious. They allowed us to check in early and when we had a slight inconvenience, they met amends and went out of their way to help us and make sure we had a comfortable stay. I'm not sure alot of people would do the same, but huy and Kim for that matter were quick with their responses and quick with solutions to ensure our stay at saigon was fab. The property doesn't have a lift and would be a task for some, but nevertheless they send helpers to help with luggage and that just goes to show how much they care for the customers who've chosen to stay with them. would definitely recommend. 😊👍

I can't say enough good things about Duy and his apartment in D5! Very clear instructions made it very easy to find and after a very short issue with the entry code Duy was super responsive and had the whole thing resolved instantly. The pictures do not do the apartment justice. Inside was beautifully decorated,simple and spacious. Aircon worked perfectly, the bed was comfy and is very accurately listed. It was great getting to know the neighbours over the week I stayed, relaxing in one of the cafes on the street below, or exploring the local neighbourhood. The location is perfect, just minutes from local food sellers, markets, templates - don't stay here without visiting An Dong or Ho Thi Ky markets. I came to HCM for a conference which was in D1 - each morning I could take a grab and be there within 15 min, even in high traffic. Thanks again!

Such a cosy and comfortable stay! The space was clean, well-maintained, and felt like a home away from home. I especially appreciated the convenient laundry service. Communication with the host was seamless, she was friendly, responsive, and made sure everything went smoothly. We’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

This is my second time in HoChiMinh and stayed at Tien’s. Really easy and fast to communicate with Tien and the house quality is just same as image and explanation. If I have another chance to visit the city, I’ll definitely choose Tien’s place again.

I loved Thao’s place. It was clean and very cozy with a lovely balcony, a small kitchen in the room, and the full kitchen downstairs. Sometimes the street can be a little bit noisy, but I enjoyed the sounds of local life. This place is close to the center, there are a lot of local place to eat and drink coffee. I’d love to stay here again)

I had a wonderful stay at this unique and stylish room. The host was incredibly warm and welcoming, making check-in and communication a breeze. The space is impressively smart and well-equipped with modern technology, which added a lot of convenience. While the room is a bit small and doesn’t get much natural light, it’s cozy and thoughtfully designed. Overall, a great experience and I’d definitely recommend it!

We had a great stay at Hai’s place. The location was in easy walking distance to a bunch of cafes and food spots which we greatly appreciated. We only stayed here for one night due to our prior flight arrangements, so the proximity to the airport was also a plus (sub-15 minute ride). Our only issue was a woman across the street who continuously yelled throughout the entire night. We didn’t get much sleep because of this, but it’s certainly not a reflection on the quality of Hai’s apartment - just something to note.

Trung has created such a tasteful and cozy space! While the area can get a bit loud during the day, it's to be expected given its central location, and Trung thoughtfully provided earplugs for us. He was incredibly attentive to our needs and even allowed us a late checkout when we were running behind on our departure day.

Tien Zoe was such a sweet host and her place was perfect for us. Super stylish, cute tucked away location and perfect for our stay, as we needed to fly out early to the airport the following day. We wished we could have stayed longer! Tien Zoe gave us the best local food places and was just a lovely host. Thank you for having us!

Great place to stay for singles. Many attractions, restaurants and bars are within 15 mins drive or walking distance. Very close to party area of the city. Host was great and very responsive and also flexible. Place was very neat and clean and the shower on the top floor and the covered balcony area and tv area are spacious to accommodate small group of people. We had a great time during our stay!

I had such a great time staying at Evie’s House. The place is exactly like the photos—super clean and cozy, it really felt like a little home away from home. After busy days out and about, I loved chilling on the balcony or hanging out in the cute dining area. The location couldn’t be better! There’s a 24/7 7-Eleven very close to the alley entrance, which made grabbing snacks or essentials super easy. Plus, being smack dab in the middle of everything meant I could explore multiple districts without any stress. Evie, our host, was amazing—so friendly and welcoming. She went above and beyond by sharing great local info, tips and recommendations, which made my stay even more special. Over the nine days, I felt like I wasn’t just talking to a helpful host, but reconnecting with a local friend. I’m definitely coming back here next time I visit Ho Chi Minh! See you very soon, Evie!

We spent two weeks at Jay's apartment and it was very comfortable and in a good location. We had to do a little cleaning in the kitchen before using it, but otherwise the apartment was clean and had what we needed. The location was great because it was close to a major road and a mall, but set back enough to be quiet. There are a lot of good restaurants within walking distance.

Great place with easy transport to all sites in HCM. The apartment complex had incredible facilities and was great. Will definitely stay here again when I’m back in saigon!

Điền was an outstanding host, always quick and clear in communication. The surrounding area is perfect for peaceful, relaxed living. Highly recommended!

Beautiful room, light, cozy decor. The lobby is nice, the receptionists and the security are very friendly. The internal utilities are very good, the pool is large, there is a very ideal place to walk.

Zoey’s place was nothing short of perfect. It has a cozy, homely vibe—calm, tidy, with great natural light and diverse views. One of the bedrooms is bathed in the ambient glow of high-rise buildings, while the living room overlooks nature and the river. The neighborhood is incredible; I actually prefer it over the downtown area because it’s peaceful to walk around and still has everything you need. The host herself can’t be anymore attentive and charming! Strong recommendation
