Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Phuong Mai

Overall a great stay in Hanoi with Chez and family. They were nice, chill, and helpful anytime I needed help with anything. The area is secluded from all the noise you would get around the Old Quarter, but it's close enough to the southern train street area (walking distance). You have nearby restaurants, parks, and convenience stores as well. Overall good choice to stay in, as I was helped out with my Sim Card and given some tips and tricks on places to go to and how to navigate the city. Stayed here for 1 month and recommend to everyone.

The room is comfortable and spacious, the hosts very accommodating, friendly, kind, responsive and pro-active to support through anything that you might need during your stay. They offered free laundry service which was a great bonus :). The only thing that was a little less than ideal was shower temperature as it was either too hot or not hot enough - but that wasn’t too much of an issue and I would definitely recommend. Also the entry is at a flower shop which I found to be charming with a nice fragrance inviting you into your trip.

The apartment is in a great location, with beautiful views from the upstairs balcony and apartment windows. The host was also extremely helpful and accommodating. Overall amazing place!

We stayed there for three nights, the host was very corporative and responsive. We had a great time, she extended on check out for an hour as per our request. She even let us use her washing machines without any fee. The place Just off the road therefore there was no noise pollution. We highly recommend this place.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The location is absolutely perfect—right in the heart of Hanoi’s Old Quarter and just steps from Hoàn Kiếm Lake (还剑湖). I especially loved taking peaceful morning walks around the lake each day. The apartment is beautifully decorated, clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The balcony was a lovely spot to relax, and the space felt like a comfortable home base to return to after exploring the city. We walked everywhere—cafes, restaurants, shops, and major attractions were all within easy reach. It was so convenient! A few things to consider: On weekends, the nearby road is closed to traffic and can get lively with events. For us, there was a Saturday night event that lasted until 10:40 PM, but it didn’t disrupt our stay. The other nights were quiet. The host was very responsive and communicative, which made everything smooth. Highly recommend for anyone wanting to stay in the heart of Hanoi!

Nguyễn Việt Anh took care of all formalities for check in. It was real value for money and a beautiful large apartment with a practical kitchen. We are very happy with the stay. They were also very helpful to keep our baggage when we went out to Halong Bay and came back. Thanks for the wonderful stay. One improvement is the entrance part to the building not to the apartment has a bit of a smell due to the laundry service. Will be good to ensure that the entrance at the ground floor smells nice

Apartment was pretty clean and had all the amenities as listed. Comfortable and spacious living space. Location of the property was good as we had shopping marts nearby. The host also agreed to keep our bags at lobby after checkout before our flight so that we can shop. We had an amazing time and experience here!!☺️☺️

Great and affordable stay, really cute apartment and central! Lan was also helpful and responsive, helping to book a driver when we needed which was much appreciated.

We had a great stay! They were always quick to respond, gave us a lot of great recommendations for the area, and even provided us things like a SIM card and water, etc! It was right in front of a lovely cafe and delicious restaurant and the place itself is not too far from the lake and other really great must-see places like the Thang Long Water Puppet Show ! Would definitely stay again!!

The view from the balcony is unbeatable. It feels like you are in Hoi An. The alley is peaceful and convenient. Walking distance to Van Mieu, which is nice. The studio is well designed and equipped. I like how I can wash and dry my clothes clean right there at the end of my stay. Really enjoyed it.

Superb place to stay if you are in a big group. The hosts are AMAZING. Very helpful and extremely responsive. I've never met a host who respond so quickly. The place is very clean and has everything. All rooms are like mini apartments. 2 rooms have one king bed and 3 rooms have 2 double beds. So great for families. We all loved our stay. Whenever we used to go for our day trips they'd clean up the place. They would even fold our clothes lying around. Note: first floor has 1 room. 2nd floor has 2 rooms. 3rd floor has 2 rooms. 4th floor has game room and outdoor bar area with laundry machines. So be mindful that there are a lot of stairs. Moving luggage became a little difficult. Besides that everything was perfect.

It’s such a great accommodation in Hanoi. I really enjoy the nice view of museum with a line of greenery especially in the early morning. Ms. Cam Tu and her staff is so kind and friendly. Together with a cozy interior design, I really feel like it’s home for me. Latte in the coffee shop downstairs is highly recommended. I almost drank it everyday when I was there.

We returned to stay in Huong’s place the second time. The place was very nice. All information was shared before hand. The hosts made extra efforts to book all our travel needs as well and sent very nice cars and drivers that we paid for. This will be our place to stay if we are back in Hanoi next year.

Highly recommend this spot. The location is about as central as it gets, and the unit itself feels quite spacious and tucked away from the noise. It came with everything we needed, including Netflix, laundry, and filtered water. Tea and the team were very responsive, and had a great list of recommendations for the area. I’d definitely stay here again!

Dieu was always quick to tell us about recommended shops and how to shop, and our first stay in Hanoi was very comfortable.Also, on the last day, I was able to leave my luggage until the evening, which was very helpful.I am convinced that you are writing a wonderful review.The price is very reasonable.Thank you very much.

It felt just like home:comfortable, clean, and truly wonderful. Hong was always proactive and communicated with kindness, going out of their way to accommodate us. The neighborhood was incredibly safe, and with a lake right in front of the property, evening strolls were delightful. This is definitely a place we’d love to stay at again! Absolutely loved our stay at this place! It was incredibly clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was perfect, and communication with was excellent. Site located to some sort of military area so very protected and safe. Gorgeous view to colonial house. Super quiet as well so can sleep peacefully. Highly recommend!

The place was great and looked just like the photos, the views were great . The only problem was that it’s a little far from all the main attractions. Good restaurants were quite a walk away. There was also an intermittent bad smell in the downstairs toilet. Other than that everything was fine and we really enjoyed our stay, the host had really clear instructions which made the check in process frictionless.

It was our first vacation at Hanoi and Hung’s place made it a special one (; His place was amazing and Hung’s hospitality was also amazing!

One of the rare gems where the place looks exactly like the photos! Super clean, well-maintained, and just as beautiful in person. Perfect for up to 2 couples. Just a heads-up: cars can’t go all the way in, but it’s only a 5-minute walk from the main road—or just hop on a Grab bike, and you’re sorted. Other than that, it’s a solid Airbnb! Will definitely be back next time I’m in town. .

Stayed at Huyen’s place for the 2nd time. I love how neat her unit is. Everything was organized and amenities were complete. Walking distance from the nearest mall entrance/exit. The floor needs a little bit of sweeping and mopping; there were few drink stains but it was not really bothersome. Thank you, Huyen, for being such an accomodating host!

Home away from home experience! The rooms are spacious, well-equipped and clean and located in the Old Quarter - very convenient to walk around. The host Thuy and Phong are very helpful and caring, they are willing to help when my friend was suddenly ill. I highly recommend this place. This is the second time staying here and will continue to stay here in future trips.
