Holiday rentals with a patio in Phutthamonthon District

Staying at Ling’s place was absolutely amazing. Ling was a very responsive host even if we messaged her late at night she was still able to give us our requests. The directions for the place were very clear and Ling even helped us out with directions to the places we needed to go to. As someone who nitpicks the cleanliness of a place, Ling’s place absolutely met my standards. We always mop the floor before settling in and it was spotless! All in all, the experience with Ling’s place was amazing.

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb during my trip to Bangkok. The check-in process was incredibly smooth, and the host was not only responsive but also very accommodating. The apartment itself was spotless, super comfortable, and had all the amenities we needed. The views from the apartment were absolutely stunning—way better than they appear in the photos! Would definitely stay here again.

Canon's place is beautifully done. The finishings on the interior design are lovely with textured plaster, styled lighting, colourful cement tiles, curvy doorways and warm timber. The sheets were very nice and towels fluffy. We loved the local area, it's a mix of modern and new. Some excellent restaurants and coffee shops around. Highly recommend.

Very nice place to stay and surroundings. It is also not far to the center. Possibly but not suitable if you have to go to the center every day. Bangkok can be reached in about 30 minutes

We had fun with our stay, our accommodation was near restaurants, mall and train station so its very convenient for a first timer in Bangkok. They also provide free shuttle service. The rooms are very spacious and clean. We look forward going back to Bangkok with this same accommodation.

We had a wonderful experience staying at this property during our Bangkok trip. The accommodation was comfortable and exceeded our expectations. Everything about this stay was seamless - from check-in to check-out. The location, amenities, and overall service were outstanding. We would definitely choose to stay here again on our next visit to Bangkok.

This was an amazing place. I stayed here for a retreat since it was my girlfriend's birthday month, and it did not disappoint. It was in the middle of downtown Sukhumvit (Phrom Phong area), so you already know it's in the heart of all the action and buzz. I usually stay in Sukhumvit 33, so I'm already familiar with the area. The apartment was beautiful -- stylish, modern and minimalistic. We adored the Japanese influenced bathroom complete with an wooden onsen tub. Plenty of space, with the living room great for chilling or even working. There's a desk in the bedroom too to do some work. Very functional kitchen as well -- fully equipped and stocked. I managed to make a multi-coursed steak dinner for my girlfriend, and we even some more meals. Niki was also a super friendly and responsive host, she honestly made me feel like a friend, and were her employees, like Auntie Toy. Honestly, this place is amazing, and the best way to say it is I'm awaiting my next stay already.

Everything worked out just fine. Very good description to get from the train, stop, AOK, to the apartment. The apartment could use a little searching and reworking, but all in all it's perfectly fine. The kitchen could be a little more organized. The pool is really good, especially after a busy day in the city. Wi-Fi works and the washing machine does its job. The host is quick to reach and fixes minor defects immediately. I can only highly recommend this accommodation, it is quiet, well located and large enough for two people, I would gladly come back anytime.

The room was excellent! Views were really hard to beat, room is remodeled really well. One thing I would like to note was the location of the room is not in the best part of town and stepping outside really wasnt the best experience in my personal experience, street vendors smells and traffic were a bit much. There are also plenty of signs in the lobby mentioning that airbnbs are not legal in that building to try and avoid any subleasing. If that is something that would bother you then try another place. We pushed through and had a really great time.

The self-check-in was very convenient, allowing me to access the unit easily no matter what time I arrived. The location is great, with plenty of dining options nearby—though the music from the street can be loud. However, that’s hard to avoid given the area’s lively bar and nightlife scene. The elevators were impressively fast, though only three out of five were operational during my stay. The shower water pressure was a bit weak but manageable. The balcony is enclosed (not open for stepping outside), but it’s handy for drying clothes. For the price, this apartment is a solid five-star choice—comfortable, well-located, and practical for a city stay.
