It consists of the upper half of a two storey seventeenth century mews cottage, approached through an archway from a small and silent road: from the private street door, a staircase will lead you up to the living room with dining area and sofa bed, a small but well equipped kitchen, a bedroom with double bed, separate spacious wardrobes and ensuite bathroom. The apartment has a mobile air conditioned and two fans.From its strategic position on the left side of the Arno, 'San Niccolò' gives you the opportunity to be right in the heart of the city, close to its main museums and monuments, but also to take pleasant walks through the secret paths that climb the surrounding hills up to Piazzale Michelangelo and to enjoy the characteristic atmosphere of the area with its medieval streets, its small shops, open air restaurants, trattorie and cafés. The apartment is located in the quiet neighborhood of San Niccolò, one of the oldest and more characteristic in Florence, few minutes walking from the most important museums and monuments. It is at the second floor (NO LIFT) of a typical Florentine little house. There is an entrance, a sitting room with kitchen and a dining table, a corridor, 2 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Many nice restaurants and bars are nearby. Few minutes to Piazzale Michelangelo: the best view over Florence.
