The apartment consists of the GROUND FLOOR OF A FAMILY HOUSE, has a separate entrance, two bedrooms (2+0, 2+1), a living room, a large hall, a fully equipped kitchen and a renovated bathroom. The area is about 110 m2. Wi-Fi throughout the premises. The accommodation is also suitable for patients using rehabilitation treatment at Adeli Medical Center. Another part of the house, also with a separate entrance, is used by the owner.

Behind the house is an oasis of peace in the form of a small magical garden under the forest with a second terrace, where you will find outdoor seating, a barbecue and a fireplace for roasting. Rental of paddleboard and inflatable canoe by agreement.

A new and very spacious apartment, 80m2 with a garden, located in the attic of a house, is ideal for families with children, but also for a corporate stays. Quiet location. There are 3 rooms, toilet, bathroom with a shower. In the living room there is a double bed, dining tables with chairs, a couch, a kitchen and its equipment. 9 people can sleep there(1 double bed, 2 double beds in a separate rooms, a small couch for children and 3 mattresses on the floor. Whether you go on a bike (there are 2 bikes available for guests), rollerblades or just on foot, it is a pleasant walk. The city of Piešťany offers a number of events for both young and old. So don't hesitate to come and experience something new.

NOT SUITABLE FOR LOUD, ALCOHOL BASED PARTIES, FESTIVAL SLEEP OVERS OR EVENTS. Not just accommodation but an experience in nature. 3 minute drive/15 minute walk to town center. My home in the trees (I live here, not just an airbnb rental for profit, I will be travelling) overlooks the lake in a tranquil area with a large garden, orchard and fruit trees. WE HAVE 2, VERY FRIENDLY, 4 YEAR OLD CATS LIVING OUTSIDE IN THE GARDEN. if you don't like cats please do not send a request.

Fully furnished and equipped kitchen is available for our guests. Both bathrooms are designed for handicapped guests using wheelchair. Grocery store located 4min walking distance. Worlds famous spa Piestany, well known for its healing thermal mineral water is only 10 minutes on foot. Running and cycling paths are in near proximity.

The apartment is just 15 minutes walking to the city center along the river and beautiful green area with horses and parks. Behind the horse area you will find the river Váh(good for swimming). The famous spa island is also within walking distance. This sunny apartment is with balcony and is located on the first floor of a new residential area. Safe and free street parking in front of the building. Nice and quiet place with everything you need to feel comfortable!

If you are looking for a 5 star room at the Hotel Hilton, this is not for you. If you are looking for a comfortable place to stay in a very peaceful setting close to town/lake with everything you will need (heating, air-conditioning, new bed/mattress), then our cottage is perfect for you.
