Absolutely beautiful place - the views and the house were amazing, and we had a few questions beforehand - host was very responsive. 10 out of 10!

We have one word to say about this place. Spectacular. The photos of this place truly do not do it justice. Every room has spectacular Mountain View’s and our teenage sons truly had their own space downstairs. Michael our host was truly wonderful. He responded quickly to every question we had, and was very easy to work with and very understanding as well as friendly. The home itself was very clean and the kitchen was well equipped. We definitely enjoyed the grill area and outdoor dining space. We definitely plan to stay at this beautiful home again. We have been coming to this area for many years now and this place is definitely at the top of our list. 5 stars for us in every way! Thanks again Michael for helping us have an amazing and wonderful family vacation this year!

What a great find! This place was awesome! All of the details and the space was very well thought out and beautiful. The back porch and bathroom are the main stars of the stay! Host was very pro-active and communicated everything effectively. Location is perfect-about 10 minutes to downtown Blue Ridge and less than 5 minutes to Mercier Orchard (must visit)! I would highly recommend this place and we hope to make it back one day :)

The rural cabin is located East of Gatlinburg, Smoky Mountain Natl Park. West of Asheville. That was a good fit for us. Route 40 is open after all that Hurricane Damage & Closure. We enjoyed that convince as well as the backroads beauty. The cabin isn’t far from the road, so no long steep winding driveway to navigate. We went to the nearby Kyle Carver Orchards and loved their pies!! Support their friendly local business! Emma was welcoming and responsive. The home is spotless. We didn’t use sauna, but hot tub was great for relaxing. We felt comfortable & safe at Thors Cabin.

My husband and I had a wonderful time. This was one of the most amazing places we ever stayed. The place was even better than we thought it would be. We couldn’t have asked for a better host. They were very responsive and helpful. If you were looking for somewhere to stay with amazing views and an amazing home, this is your place !!!!! All the little touches made such a difference you really thought of everything! Thank you so much for having us !!!! We will be back again!

The cabin was just like the pictures; serene and beautiful. The view was absolutely amazing to wake up to. It’s the perfect distance from downtown to where everything is nice and private , but still a quick trip to get to where you need to be. We will definitely be back!

This little mountainside getaway was a dream. The giant windows allowed for the perfect mountain view from every room and the hot tub and sauna made everyday a spa day! It was also beautifully decorated to enhance the cozy atmosphere of being surrounded by greenery. Everything about this cabin was meticulous and thoughtful. The only thing missing was the neighborhood corgi that we didn’t get the pleasure of meeting, but there’s always next time!

We had a great time at this little cabin, especially loved the morning light, copper tub and deck with hot tub and lights! Lots of details given by the host up front, easy to get settled in, super comfy bed, slept like a baby. That free ticket to an attraction sold me because I wanted a private cabin and was on the fence about visiting the aquarium during this trip but couldn’t beat the deal!! We visited both Dollywood and Ripleys aquarium during our stay and the distance to pigeon forge and gatlinburg wasn’t too far.

This is our third year coming to Karen’s home and it’s simply amazing. The views and location are stunning. We will definitely be back for year 4 next year!

This place is absolutely beautiful!! You get the Mountain View and the rain forest feel at the same time. And if you have a dog-stop looking now and BOOK. My dog had as much fun as we did. The fence is so useful. The hot tub is larger than most! And the rain on the tin roof!! Priceless. Along with very comfortable bedding-you’ll sleep like a baby. Parker is nothing short of excellent! You will not be disappointed. We will be back very soon.

We absolutely loved our stay at Black Hollow! The process of checking in and out was a breeze and we were able to communicate with them as needed without difficulty. The attention to detail in this home was breathtaking!!! You had everything you needed at the property should you not choose to leave. They even accommodated a slightly later check out which was most appreciated. We look forward to returning to this property! Many thanks!

Evelyn, absolutely nothing negative to say! Evelyn shines with a Beautiful personality, she thought of everything! The Cabin in the Mountains sparkled clean and the Welcome of home, with relaxing atmosphere, rolling brook at your patio , kitchen and bedroom window to put you to sleep at night, on a bed that felt like a cloud, a Beautiful Haven of the grounds of flowers and fresh mint planted, Hidden Mystical items, wood at fire pit, Memories were made and also a new friend that we are Blessed to have in our lives. we miss the Cabin in the Mountains that had the mist and summer bugs singing and nature that Blessed us! it wasn't a long enough stay! if you have a chance to stay at this Cabin in the Mountains, to us you won't be disappointed, It has a lot of Blessings to share and Evelyn Comes along with it! she thought of every detail to make your stay like being at home.

Tiffany's cabin by the creek was exactly what we were looking for and exactly as it was described. Quaint little cabin with all of the needed amenities and just out of cell service, which was perfect. Our cell reception (Verizon) worked all the way up until about half a mile from the cabin, so we could follow the directions almost all the way there. We just had to look for the address on the mailbox, which was clearly marked. Our stay was extremely peaceful and romantic...so romantic that I proposed to my girlfriend in the cabin, and she's now my fiancée! Tiffany communicated everything perfectly. There were games, a radio/CD player, plenty of towels, soap, charcoal, dishes, silverware, and anything else we needed. The hot pot and French press worked great for morning coffee--just bring some bottled water, as the cabin runs on well water. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone else! This place was exactly as advertised and more in my book! I could not have been more pleased with our experience! We brought our 2 fur babies and they had the BEST time ever. Watching them enjoy the freedom and having such a secluded location was just what the doctor ordered to reset our spirits!

Had an absolutely amazing trip to celebrate my 10th anniversary with my wife.The home was absolutely amazing.Views were stunning.Can't wait to book it again and hang out with the kids next time

This was a beautiful place to stay in! The back porch was our favorite place to relax and enjoy nature. The tub was so unique and fun to experience outside. The bed was really comfortable too and everything was well thought out for what you need for a Tennessee trip. The home and property was beautiful. We definitely would come back!

A nice place! We did 4 nights at the cabin on the creek, and it it ON the creek. The sound of the water is very peaceful, and it was nice to just hang out and read a book on the mossy rocks. Roughly 30 minutes to Gatlinburg and/or Pigeon forge, so it was a great option for a day trip to either and come back to a relaxing soak. You do have neighbors, but the way the cabin is situated is still very private. I was surprised by how clean it was. It seems like a place that would attract dust or mildew, but it is well kept and maintained nicely! Overall a great pick if you're visiting the Smokies!

Perfect stay! Great communication with the host and she was very responsive. The view is incredible. Very peaceful, relaxing stay. Just what we needed! We will definitely book again!

Nick went above and beyond to make our time at the cabin as special as possible. He allowed us to use the space for my sister’s tiny, family-only wedding and it was perfect! The views are absolutely gorgeous up there. Nick communicated thoroughly, answered any questions, and went out of his way to add special details, like a full length mirror for the bride’s getting ready room. We’re super grateful for all of his help and couldn’t recommend more his cabin for a peaceful stay with beautiful views.

My wife and I had a great weekend getaway. The house had incredible views from every rooms’ giant picture window, easy access to multiple hiking trails and nearby campsite amenities, and only four minutes away from Hot Springs. We cooked dinners and used the hot tub and had a lovely, romantic few days.

Jaclyn’s place was gorgeous. It was exactly as described—spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated. The view is spectacular. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything you need. The cozy living area made it feel like a home away from home. The host was very communicative and gracious. I would highly recommend the wonderful home.

Beautiful, quiet spot. We stayed here for our 20th wedding anniversary. Very private, hot tub was great, loved seeing the fireflies at night. Still very close to downtown Waynesville. Jim and Kristie were great about communicating with us. Self check-in was easy, and the home had everything we needed, even shampoo/conditioner/body wash. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others!

This was the perfect family getaway. It was close enough to Gatlinburg that we could enjoy all of the tourist stops but retreat from the hustle and bustle to a quiet private lodge. It was just the right size for a family five with everything you would need it was alsovery clean and organized.

We had a great stay at Christina’s cabin! The landscaping and views were so dreamy and relaxing! We enjoyed coffee on the porch rocking chairs in the mornings and cocktails on the swing and in the hot tub in the evenings! The bed was seriously SO comfortable and my husband and I slept better than we ever have! The drive to downtown Gatlinburg is about 25min and Smoky Mountain National Park is anywhere from 30-60min away depending on which trail you’re planning to visit. We hiked both Alum Cave and Andrew’s Bald, both of which were light to moderately challenging and had some beautiful views! If you’re looking for a relaxing getaway in the Smoky’s, look no further!
