Barbara responded very promptly, there are detailed instructions in the room about the surrounding supermarkets, restaurants, attractions, and maps are also provided.The house is very quiet, a five-minute walk from the Vatican, the ice cream shop next door is very delicious, a 6-minute walk to a breakfast shop that is cheap and delicious, and a few minutes walk to a large Carrefour that is open 24 hours.It's close to the subway station, and you can get to Plaza de España in a few stops.

Laura is such a special host. This was my second time staying here, and she definitely made me feel at home. Due to her hospitality, this is my favorite place to stay. Laura is very kind and responsive. She is so helpful with all of her recommendations and accommodations. This Airbnb is very quiet and quaint (picture perfect). You do not even feel like you’re in such a busy city like Rome. I cannot recommend this place enough 🥰

Our stay at Roberto’s Airbnb in Rome was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we arrived, Roberto was an absolute gem, an exceptional host who made us feel right at home. He was incredibly responsive, always quick to reply to any questions or concerns, and offered a warm and friendly welcome that truly set the tone for our trip. The home itself was perfect for our needs. It was thoughtfully equipped with all the essentials, from kitchen appliances that made meals easy, to shower necessities that added an extra touch of comfort. The two-level layout made the space feel open and roomy, which was ideal for the two of us. Just a short 10–20 minute transit to all the major attractions, we found it easy to navigate the city while still enjoying the peace and quiet of a more residential area. It felt safe, convenient, and truly like a home away from home. If we ever return to Rome, there’s no question, we would absolutely stay at Roberto’s place again.

A beautiful stay!! First off, sweet Maria was absolutely amazing! She met us at the house and showed us around - the place was spotlessly clean and truly felt like a home away from home. Maria left us champagne, so appreciated, as well as candies, a snack and espresso pods. The patio is beautiful - so serene and peaceful. We enjoyed sitting out there especially in the early morning and evening. Everything is walkable and there are literally dozens of great restaurants and cafes close by. We were also able to walk to various monuments and toured the beautiful Gothic church that is right by the home. While the house is beautiful and the location is perfect, I think the best part was Maria! The day we were scheduled to leave there was a train strike - Maria went out of her way to call Trenitalia and helped sort out tickets out. She also arranged for car service to get us to the terminal. We hope to return someday and would love to stay here again!! Thank you, Andrea and Maria! ❤️❤️

Stylish and cozy home. ACs in every room. Skylights also makes this place perfect. Perfect neighbourhood to walk around and take in the beauty that Rome has to offer. Many restaurants to choose from. Flaviana was amazing to communicate for our arrival and make suggestions on her personal favorite list of cafés, groceries and restaurants.

We loved our stay here! The location was walkable to the Vatican, the Spanish Steps and the Trevi fountain. Our flight arrived at 6:30, and we were able to check in at 10am which was very helpful. He also arranged a taxi to pick us up at the airport, and the driver was so kind to drop us off at a coffee shop around the corner from the airbnb, where we could wait until 10am when we checked in. The little patio was a nice bonus to relax after a long day in the city. We had everything we needed for 5 adults. Highly recommend!

Great location! Close to the colosseum and metro for going to Vatican museums. Looks like the pictures and we appreciated the biscuits/tea. This home has a lot of character and a quirky vibe which we liked! Also the cat outside was super cute! 😊

Look no further and book this home for your stay in Rome! It’s even better than the photos, and the feeling you get looking at the views from the windows and balcony is indescribable. The Colosseum is a half block away and you can see the top of it from the rooftop patio. The decor was modern yet felt like home, and the hosts were so friendly and responsive. We loved coming back after a long day of walking the city and just relaxing. 10/10!

Emilio was very responsive and had clear instructions on how to get around and local businesses to visit, we had a very enjoyable stay.

Christiana was amazing. She had wine, beer, snacks, breakfast items and coffee, milk and other beverages waiting for us. The apartment is a hip and wonderful in a great location close by and with a great view of the Colosseum and distantly, the Vittorio and St Peter’s. She had clear instructions and wonderful recommendations for Food and drinks. We MAJORLY screwed up and accidentally messed up our departure date! We were off by a day. She was totally flexible and worked extensively with us and Airbnb to extend our reservation a day to accommodate us. Thank-You SO much! We had a great stay and highly recommend her apartment.

Giada’s place was more than we expected! The place was easy to get to from the bus station that we took coming from Termini. We really liked how close the bus, tram and train stations were all about 5-10mins of a walk. There are also restaurants, grocery stores and gelato places all within 5-10min walk. The place itself we have no complaints. Super convenient to have a washer and drying racks on the balcony and we really appreciated the special touch of having refreshments at the place when we arrived. Overall great experience!

we stayed 6 days, the accommodation is very nice clean with a small terrace. It is located 1.5 km from the Colisée, transport and all amenities nearby. The host is very kind and responsive in case of problems. Thank you.

Wonderful stay. Great apartment and the terrace was a huge bonus. The apartment is a little off the beaten track. A bit further to walk to attractions and its not an upmarket neighborhood. Having said that, it felt safe and friendly and we enjoyed that it was not over crowded with tourists. Diletta, our main contact, was fabulous. Informative and quick to reply to any queries. The beds were comfortable which is not to be taken for granted. If you are sensitive to noise the bedroom closest to the street has a bit of traffic. Bring a pair of earplugs if you want complete silence. All in all a great stay!

Enjoyed our time at Rico's place. It's in a walkable neighborhood not far from the Vatican. The apartment is cozy, clean and comfortable. I would recommend to anyone looking for a great start in Rome.

AnnaLaura place is amazing, and she is so attentive, we fell like home, the house was very tide and smelling so fresh, after long days touristing in Rome, back to the apartment it was amazing, the beds was so good, better than any hotel I have been, waking up next day fresh again. Carla and Michelangelo were so hospitable and lovely, and made Rome feel so welcoming. The BnB was a little sanctuary from the chaos of the city, both the room itself and the location. An absolute delight!

It was more than I expected! Cecilia is very kind, even we did not met personally. We came very early because of flight changed, we was welcomed and brought our luggage about 4 hours before the accomodation time and went to walk in the city. The plase was clean, very comfortable and bigger than expected, with everything set for our vacation. Our favourite place was the huge balcony with shade at the afternoon when it was really Hot outside— our favourite place to chill after walking and visiting the objects of Roma. If we come back in Roma someday you can guess where we want to stay 😉!
