Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans l’appartement de Davide. Lui et Cecilia ont été très impliqués tout au long de notre voyage, le rendant particulièrement plaisant. Le logement est spacieux, charmant et idéalement situé, à proximité des transports en commun permettant de rejoindre facilement le centre-ville. Les hôtes nous ont fait part de nombreuses suggestions de lieux intéressants à visiter et se sont montrés toujours disponibles en cas de besoin, répondant avec réactivité à nos demandes. Je pense pouvoir dire qu’il s’agit de la meilleure expérience que nous ayons vécue sur Airbnb depuis que nous utilisons la plateforme. Si vous envisagez de séjourner à Rome, je vous recommande sincèrement ce logement.

We arrived in Rome and our driver easily found the apartment. We loved the immediate neighborhood and Trastevere as a whole. Great restaurants nearby, especially right downstairs, and close enough to Rome’s attractions without being in the center of all the tourists. We had great communication with the hosts though we didn’t have any problems. Would definitely go back.

Geweldig verblijf in Rome – comfortabel en betaalbaar! Dit appartement in Rome was precies wat ik zocht: een uitstekende prijs-kwaliteitverhouding en een comfortabele plek om te verblijven. De inrichting is stijlvol, authentiek en praktisch. De locatie zeer dicht bij de metro maakt het gemakkelijk om de stad te verkennen zonder midden in de drukte te zitten. Een prettige verrassing was dat het appartement beschikt over airconditioning, hoewel dit niet in de beschrijving stond. De airco werkt goed en zorgt voor een aangenaam binnenklimaat, wat zeker welkom is op warme dagen. Ook waren er meerdere fijne buitenruimtes met mooie planten en bloemen om heerlijk even te zitten! Heerlijk om te ontbijten of om van een heerlijke Limoncello te genieten na een drukke dag sightseeing Rome. De communicatie met de verhuurder was duidelijk en vriendelijk; alles verliep soepel. Dit verblijf is een aanrader voor iedereen die een betaalbare en comfortabele uitvalsbasis zoekt in Rome

We had an amazing time at Francesca’s. The amazing view alone is worth every penny, but it was also so nice to be so centrally located and within walking distance to most of the major sites in Rome. The apartment was clean and nicely decorated with high ceilings and cool artwork. Francesca and Daniela were both very responsive and helpful. The bed was comfy and air conditioner was a bit loud, but worked well. We had to fight with the key a bit to get into the main entrance to the apartment complex, the trick is to push in a bit when you turn the key and hear it click, and then open the door, but we figured it out! Highly recommend staying here for your trip to Rome, the view is truly unbeatable and we didn’t feel guilty for staying in the apartment to rest for a few hours because we felt like we could experience the sites simply by looking out of our window!

Mi sono sentito a casa, gentilezza disponibilità e semplicità di Nicola e Letizia che mi hanno fatto sentire a mio agio, due persone squisite come se fossi andato a trovare due cari amici. L’appartamento è delizioso e come da descrizione, situato in una via tranquilla e silenziosa. A 10 minuti ho trovato un supermercato fornitissimo e a 10 metri l’entrata della Metropolitana dove è possibile raggiungere la stazione dei treni e tutti i siti storici di Roma. Grazie per avermi ospitato.

Our stay with Valerio was fantastic! He accomodated our late check in and welcomed us personally and explained all the amenities. The apartment is very luxurious and modern with the jacuzzi being the highlight. Very well furnished, the home had everything we needed. We were close to the Vatican so it made commuting to our tour very easy. We spent the evening outdoor part of the house, and thoroughly enjoyed using the jacuzzi while watching TV. We are glad we chose to stay with Valerio and we highly recommend!

The Pied e Terre is charming .It is easily accessible to the center of Rome.The location is spot on for being in the Eternal city and yet away from the hustle and bustle after a hectic day of sightseeing. We had a wonderful time in Alessenadro’s cottage while visiting Rome. Alessandro was super helpful and friendly and went out of his way to accommodate us. He was always very attentive and responsive. He was one of the best hosts we have ever had.

Wir haben vier wunderbare Tage in Rom verbracht. Die Wohnung liegt gut gelegen, so dass man zu Fuß und dann mit Bussen oder Straßenbahn alle Sehenswürdigkeiten in Rom gut erreichen kann. Die Wohnung ist wunderbar ausgestattet und hat alles was man benötigt. Serena ist sehr freundlich und die Kommunikation war perfekt.Sehr zu empfehlen.

I cannot say enough about Klevin. The apartment was exactly as described, clean, gorgeous, quiet, comfortable, easy to access. Most importantly, Klevin was ALWAYS accessible to us. We were robbed in Rome and Klevin went above and beyond to help us get new passports in time to make our cruise. We owe our entire vacation to him and his kindness.

Anna Maria is one of the best host I have come across my stays on Airbnb, she has an excellent independent house, sparking clean and close to Rome terminal (walkable 15 mins). The kitchen is equipped with all the utensils and equipments which helped to cook and feed my toddler during my vacation in Rome. The rooms are amazing with all the amenities. . I experienced very easy check in and check out and her helpfulness was really amazing and unmatched. . I definitely recommend this place to anyone who is looking for an Italian house close to Terminal and with good restaurants nearby.

Le logement de Giacomo se trouve à l'arrière d'une résidence paisible et bien entretenue du Trastevere. C'est Simin qui nous a accueillis de façon chaleureuse. Le quartier est très agréable, le logement est tout à fait conforme aux photos et vraiment bien équipé (notamment la cuisine). Nous avons beaucoup apprécié ce séjour romain !

Non abbiamo mai avuto un servizio come quello offerto da Cristiana e Pietro. Sono due persone squisite, aperte al dialogo e si fanno in 8 per soddisfare ogni tua richiesta (soprattutto ti aiutano con qualsiasi mezzo a loro disposizione) Considerato il periodo in cui siamo venuti a Roma (pieno di eventi, quindi con traffico intenso, problemi di parcheggio ecc), non potevamo trovare host migliore 😄

Our flight was delayed and we arrived several hours later than expected, but Marco was waiting for us outside and was very gracious about it. I loved the apartment, lots of character and was very homely. There is a well equipped, modern kitchen with everything you need. The outside terrace offers a very calm and relaxing space to unwind after a busy day exploring Rome. It is located really close to the Termini railway and metro station which was great for getting around. I would 100% stay here again if I were to visit Rome again.

This apartment and host has been the best experience my family and I have ever experienced. They provided top notch quality and services the amenities were like having your home away from home. If in Rome this is a must stay at apartment…. The host met us on sight and walked us through the apartment and all of it wonderful appliances, excellent liens, must see place and restaurants. They also provided time communications of a bus/metro/rail strike, which allowed us to plan ahead for alternative transportation. My family and I were super comfortable, safe and enjoyed our stay in this amazing apartment.

Carmen’s place was so lovely. Very spacious, beautifully decorated and comfortable! Was easy to find and check in was a very easy process. Carmen was accommodating and even allowed us to drop our bags at the apartment early. Carmen offered great recommendations for local restaurants and tips for travelling in the area. I would stay again and would recommend to others!

Het appartement was super: Erg ruim en compleet ingericht, netjes, rustig, eigenlijk alles wat je voor een fijne vakantie in Rome wilt hebben. We hebben het Vaticaan, Colosseum, Pantheon, Forum, Trefi fonteinen, Engelenburcht, restaurantjes allemaal wandelend kunnen doen. De locatie is dus echt top. Parkeren heb ik gedaan in de parkeergarage naast het pand want vrije gratis parkeerplaatsen op straat zijn schaars. Station San Paolo op ongeveer 20 minuten loopafstand om vervolgens met de trein naar Ostia Antica te gaan. Samengevat : een top en comfortabel appartement om Rome te bezichtigen zonder afhankelijk te zijn van vervoer.

This was a great place for us to stay whilst we visited Rome. It was easy to get to without get caught up in Rome’s traffic. It has great public transport connections with a tram stop 5 mins walk away which we used to get into Rome each day. The apartment was very spacious and the jacuzzi a welcome addition after a long day of walking around Rome. Thanks Cristina!

Прекрасное место для отдыха, хозяин отзывчивый, помогал со всеми вопросами и отвечал на них практически сразу До конца не был уверен, что все будет так, как на фотографиях, но я сильно ошибался, ведь вживую все было даже лучше Единственные минус - это то, что дом находится в 30 минутах езды от центра города , а такси в риме стоит довольно таки недешево
