Excellent stay in Las Araucarias! Andres is an excellent host, extremely attentive and with a lot of predisposition. The place is excellent! Super safe, clean, comfortable, spacious and with all the amenities.. if the purpose of the visit is related to the University or the Austral Hospital, the location is privileged and unbeatable!

The area has many gastronomic proposals, easy access and proximity to the train station or Av. Rivadavia makes it ideal as a starting point to explore the city. Luisa's place was excellent. It exceeded our expectations. We felt comfortable and comfortable from the start. The beds are super comfortable, all the bedding spotless. Everything is new and working. Perfectly clean and equipped. Luisa and Camelia attended to us and responded to all our inquiries, regardless of the time and day of arrival (we arrive on a Saturday at 10pm). The place is meters from Palmas del Pilar, with shopping, supermarket, bakeries, easy, cafes and many more businesses. And not less, 5 minutes away from the Austral Hospital. The location is really great. In addition, it has a carport and the complex is super comfortable, with laundry room, with dryers, that leaves you the warm and soft clothes. In a word, everything was UNBEATABLE.

Very nice everything in the apartment. Very well equipped and comfortable. Great detail waiting for us with cookies and some sweet things. The only thing missing was a hairdryer. The condominium is safe, comfortable and very peaceful.

Juan is a great host. Always attentive and kind. the apartment was spotless, with lots of natural light. the community where the apartment is is very quiet, has a pool, s.u.m and even a small gym. I recommend it 100%.
