Beautiful property located right in the heart of Fontahines! The room had all the necessary amenities. Very clean and well maintained property. Check in was smooth. Neil was a great host very sweet and friendly. We had a great stay!! ☺️ Highly recommend it!

Stayed here recently and honestly, it was one of the chillest spots I’ve been to. The place has a proper cozy vibe. The interiors are clean and minimal, with nice marble flooring and a spiral staircase that gives it a cool look. Dining space is small but comfy enough for a group. The rooftop is where it really hits different. We did a BBQ session there — grilled some fish over charcoal, proper smoky, proper desi style. The setup isn’t fancy but it works perfectly if you're with the right people. That raw rooftop feel with a bit of smoke, rain in the background — can't beat that. Also, the view from the top is just green hills all around. Woke up, had chai sitting on those white chairs outside — peaceful AF. Rains had just hit, so everything smelled fresh and the wooden deck looked slick. Only small thing — bring your own stuff for grilling and maybe some mosquito spray at night. Absolutely loved our stay at this cozy flat in Candolim! The place was clean, cute, and just perfect for two people. Nestled in peaceful surroundings, it gave us the perfect break from the usual hustle. The host was incredibly friendly and super responsive, which made everything even more seamless. Would definitely recommend this place for a calm and comfortable stay in Goa!

The whole experience was great. Farukh and team was efficient, and supported us brilliantly at the stay. We had two cars and they supported parking for both One consideration, the access key, there was only one, it made it a tad inconvenient for our group to move out and about individually. If something could be done about that. A small, maybe insignificant, but in the common bathroom noticed a cobweb and spiders. A slight oversight or just the weather allowing quick house development by the critters.

We stayed at SunMaya for 4 days and it genuinely felt like a home away from home — safe, cozy, and incredibly comfortable. We visited during the monsoons, and the balcony was the perfect spot to enjoy the weather. The living room and bedroom are both spacious and easily accommodate 3 people. The bathroom was clean and well-maintained, with modern fixtures that added to the overall comfort The kitchen is well-equipped, which we appreciated, but the only drawback was the presence of Ants, which did affect the experience a bit. It’s something that could be looked into to make the stay even better 🤗 Meenu was a fantastic host — super responsive, kind, and easy to communicate with throughout our stay. You rarely come across someone who truly gets what it means to be a host. Shaeen was one of those rare gems. From the moment we arrived, she made us feel like we weren’t just guests — we were family. She was incredibly understanding, always ready to help, and super clear with her instructions (which, trust me, makes a world of difference when you're tired and figuring out things in a new place). But what truly stood out was how she went above and beyond — at every step. There were moments when she could’ve just done the basics and we’d still have been satisfied, but she chose to go the extra mile every single time. The sweetest part? She even sent her mom to check in on us — just to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. ❤️ If there’s a “best host” title, I’d say give it to her already. She didn’t just make our stay smooth — she made it memorable.

The host was very friendly and helpful. We had a lot of bags to carry around in our vehicle but Nita was understanding and let us store our luggage before the checkin time as well. The place was neat and clean, very modernistic and had everything that’s needed. This place goes to my go-to in Goa! Thanks for the comfortable stay 🥳

Me and my friends stayed here for 3 days, the check in was easy and the care taker Mr Panna is extremely general and kind helped us with everything from the start till the end. The cleanliness of this place is pristine. The property is peaceful and secluded which is what we needed. Even the cleaning staff is very friendly and responsive. Just two things to review : the jacuzzi didn’t work when we were there so if that’s something you need check in with the host beforehand and the pool can use some floating tubes. If you are looking for a quiet and peaceful stay, this is it. Right on the edge of the coastline, the drive to the property is beautiful. The property is built thinking every little comfort in mind.

I absolutely loved my stay at this Airbnb! The space is beautifully designed. every corner feels thoughtfully curated, with a perfect blend of comfort and style. The decor is modern yet cozy, and it truly felt like a serene escape. Everything was spotless, and the little details (like the soft lighting, artwork, and cozy furnishings) made it feel extra special. Communication with the host was seamless, and check-in was a breeze.

My stay at Jen's place was amazing. the flat has all the appliances listed and more. It actyslly looks better in real than in the pictures - it's clean, spacious, bright and airy, plus big balcony with the view on the pools. Both, check-in and check-out, went quickly & smoothly, security guys at the gate are friendly and welcoming. The apartments are located off the main road, so it's peaceful and quiet around, but all you need is 5min walk and you're back to vibrant surrounding full of bars, restaurants etc. Beach is 10-15 min walk away. There are also ATM nearby (always useful) and taxi stand in case if you wanna get somewhere farther. But most importantly - Jen is a star! we kept in touch during my stay, she is friendly, was extremely helpful on multiple occasions, her English is top-notch, so the communications was brilliant, and there was never any issues. I highly highly recommend! 👍🙂
