Beautiful stay! Property was exactly how it was described. The place has been done so tastefully that it feels right at home. The French windows bring in ample light and air and provide the perfect ambience for day time chilling. The pool is shared and hence you can’t drink near the pool, however we still had a great time in it. Both Anuradha and the caretaker were very responsive and friendly. The location is a bit interior, hard to find in maps by yourself but Anuradha provided very clear instructions and the caretaker came to pick us up so it was okay. The place also has many great restaurants nearby including Jamun which is a must visit! Overall, the stay was totally worth it!

Check in and service were very good ...location is very good and the stay is also very beautiful, I booked for 7 days and felt as if I was staying at home.

She is proactive, quick response, helpful, respect your privacy, beautiful managed and well maintained property having all the things one should need to spend a quality time at her place. It was a great property with plenty of space. Large pool and air conditioning in all rooms. Great restaurants in walkable distance. Would recommend for big groups and families. The service is also quick and the management team is always responsive.

Inside, everything was beautifully set up with a clear understanding of a traveler’s needs. The kitchen and fridge were thoughtfully stocked, which made it so comfortable that we actually found ourselves cooking and enjoying most of our meals right there at the Airbnb. Raavi's villa in Assagao is a hidden gem in the heart of Assagao, Goa. A very tastefully restored and designed Portuguese villa nestled in the wilderness of Goa. The villa is fully equipped with everything one needs to have a comfortable and enjoyable holiday. The caretaker also prepared us breakfast every morning and was always available at our disposal. Raavi is super responsive and attentive to guests and we feel lucky to have had the privilege of having lived in the house and being hosted by Raavi and his wonderful on ground team. we definitely intend to come back soon.

We had a great stay. It is located in a very peaceful area and surrounded by many trees. Suril is a great host and very responsive. Reaching Ashwem beach takes 7-8 minutes on scooty, mandrem beach takes about 15 minutes on scooty. Many restaurants and cafes on the Main beach road. The air bnb is located little away from the main road and a scooty is recommended to go to the nearby grocery stores. Daily cleaning service is provided free of cost. Overall, it's a great value for the money charged.

All the amenities listed were provided, and everything worked perfectly. The Wi-Fi speed was so good. 3. The check-in and check-out process was seamless. Sairaj, the host, was very responsive and accommodating, even helping with an early check-in. Tapan, the caretaker, was extremely humble and took care of almost everything around the property. 4. The location is fantastic, with plenty of food joints just 5 minutes away from Titos Lane. The connectivity is excellent. This was my best Airbnb experience, and I genuinely loved it. Thank you so much for the wonderful hospitality!

Nice stay with a friendly host. It's within walking distance of small shops and restaurants and not too far away from the beach. The home was comfortable for a family that needed a bit of space. The security guard was helpful as well.

We had booked this place at the last moment but Mr. Shikhar, our host reached out to me with great kindness, gave us all the details and made sure to make us feel at home. The moment we checked into the place, we were awestruck looking at the aesthetics and cleanliness. The property was flawless and filled with so many amenities especially the spectacular view from the balcony of the river and the mangrove forests. Our host visited us before our checkout and spoke to us really friendly. Me and my friends really loved the place and also appreciate Mr. Shikhar’s approach and responsiveness.
