Anny Karine is very attentive to guests. He responded quickly and helped us with everything we needed. The condominium is very quiet. The doorman of the condominium is a very nice person.

The house is exceptional. I've stayed in some houses in Águas da Serra and this is the best. Everything is very clean and organized. The house is spacious, (even the photos don't show how spacious the house is), quite airy, the beds are top quality, hot water in the faucets and showers, making the stay very comfortable. Several positive surprises happen during the stay due to the details of the house. The location is quiet and guarantees privacy, which sets the house apart from other options on the platform. I intend to return without a doubt!

The stay was great. Casa Don'ana makes you want to stay. Good location (near the center), paved access, great structure, comfortable accommodations, plenty of space, swimming pool, lawn and a view of a wonderful landscape. Everything was very organized, with all the basic utensils and comfort items (towels, blankets and hammocks) and they even left firewood prepared for a fire with the care of covering it to protect it from the constant rain at this time in the region. The house comfortably accommodates 12 people. The whole group loved it and we already want to go back.

I highly recommend the stay! The house is spacious, comfortable and very well equipped, perfect! The location in the condominium is excellent, ensuring safety and tranquility. We had an amazing experience. Communication with the host was clear and quick. We'll be back for sure!

We travel with family and love the place and the house, the location within the condominium is great close to the playground and the leisure area, clean house with items necessary for cooking on site, perfectly matches the photos presented, the view of the house is simply beautiful, the host very helpful and always the disposition in whatever it was necessary, I would definitely rent the space again.

The house corresponds to the advertised, well clean, spacious, full kitchen, 02 bedrooms with house and single bed, and fan. The first day had a muriçoca, but I managed to solve it. The city is beautiful, welcoming and with good prices. I went from Monday to Thursday, some establishments close during this period, I intend to return in fds.

I spent a few days with my family and everyone loved it! The house is very cozy, comfortable and is in a very quiet place! Anderson is a perfect host! He gave instructions and tips clearly and was extremely helpful and polite when we had to talk to him! We intend to return to the house other times! Stay more than recommended!

Divanei and Henio's space is so much more than they show the photos and what they describe! It is a simply welcoming place, with a wealth of details that the space here does not allow to describe, but we feel at home and sure to return to Bananeiras, it will certainly be our lodging again! The rooms are welcoming and everything was in perfect condition, which made all the difference for a pleasant experience. The atmosphere of the place is charming, with that indoor air that invites you to rest.

Great house! We were in 5 couples, each couple well accommodated in their suite. The house is very beautiful, cozy, spacious, illuminated and as it is well integrated, they were all kind of together but well reserved. It has a supermarket close to the condominium.

The contact with the hosts was very good, they responded within a proper time, the house exceeded expectations, had everything we needed and the stay was very good.

Our stay was simply wonderful! The house is super cozy, well equipped and very clean — perfect for days of rest with the family. The Águas da Serra condominium is charming: safe, well maintained, with an excellent structure and a lot of contact with nature. It was even better than we expected! We will definitely come back more often. I recommend it with my eyes closed!

Before praising the place, I would like to draw the attention of those who will book to the cancellation policy. I tried to cancel the reservation 4 (four) months in advance, as some family members confirmed their presence after the reservation and the house only accepts 12 people. I live in another state and it was the occasion when we would meet after a long time, but the cancellation policy chosen by the host is very strict, 50% of the amount I paid would be withheld even if I canceled with so much advance notice (4 months) and it being a very busy time such as New Year's Eve. Luckily we managed to readjust, but it made me very upset at first, as it seemed disproportionate and unreasonable, so be very sure when booking. Other than that, the house is wonderful, the check-in method is great, the host answered me on WhatsApp every time I spoke and the city of banana trees is cute.
