An exclusive feature is the cable car, which carries up to 6 people from the house to the entrance of the lot. It is 4 minutes of pure emotion and beautiful scenery that unfolds along the way.

Beautiful House in Águas da Serra

Take the whole family to this great place with plenty of room to have fun. Excellent house to spend a season with family and fraternize with friends, 3 suites with air-conditioning, room for 2 environments and gourmet area with barbecue area, integrated with the kitchen. Space for hammocks in the gourmet area. Condominium is quite quiet, with swimming pool, golf course, farm with various types of animals and horseback ride. This is the best condominium in Bananeiras, with the best structure!!

House in the Águas Da Serra condominium in Bananeiras.

I am a new and welcoming space. With integrated environments and a charming square in front of it, I'm perfect for families with kids. The kitchen is complete with freezer, fridge, microwave oven and airfryer. I have four suites of these three air-conditioned rooms: one with a king bed, another with a queen bed and two with single beds that can form a double. All suites have network owners. I am a home that combines functionality, warmth and practicality to make your stay unforgettable.

Excellent gated condominium house in the Serra de Bananeiras, with 4 air-conditioned suites, 2 suites with double beds and the other 2 suites with double beds + 2 single beds each. Excellent gourmet area to gather the family and have a good barbecue, fondue and drink that wine. In front of the house we have a very cozy square perfect for kids to have fun. Your Pet is also very welcome. We do not account for children under 10. Come enjoy this paradise!

Hello! ✅ The house is 1.8 km from the city center (Bananeiras), about 8 minutes by car, all paved access. Please be aware that this is not the reason for a negative review. "Chã do Lindolfo" neighborhood. Upper part of the city ✅ Quiet and Familiar environment; ✅ Market district, bakery, gas station, local restaurants, workshops.
