We are within walking distance to Reid Park for golfing or a visit to the Zoo. Even though we are midtown with easy access to many areas of town, you will find it surprisingly quiet.

Beautiful and bright newly renovated studio located on a unique ¾ acre property near the U of A. This tiny (220 sq. feet) and charming cottage was originally the water-pump house (in the 1940’s). Concrete tile floors, brick walls, shade trees and yard art add to the charm of this quiet get away. The cottage has a walk in shower and a kitchen area consisting of a fridge and microwave and is set up to allow you plenty of privacy. Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Our condo is as unique as Tucson is. It reflects our ‘lil town that could’ in that it is artsy, beautiful, interesting and comfortable. The condo reflects some of the Spanish colonial styles with modern touches. With the pluses of local art, near central location, easy access to shops, markets, restaurants, UofA and downtown, and bus lines right in the middle of Tucson, tucked away behind lush desert flora grounds feeling so private and quiet.

Outdoor feeling in the city. Our 14 feet cruiser fun finder is parked in the back of our lot in a quiet residential area in central Tucson. It is small, cozy and features everything you need for a comfortable stay: a queen bed, fully equipped kitchenette, minifridge, hot running water, heater, AC and a private bathroom with toilet and shower. We have a dining place with table and chairs set up outside. For cooler nights we'll provide a heater and a down comforter to keep you warm.
