Located 7 km from Piumhi, the headquarters house of the JC-Araras farm has 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room, kitchen and kitchenette, balcony, with a wood stove and barbecue. Ribeirão Araras crosses a good part of the farm, thus creating several points conducive to cooling down. The water used, in the headquarters house, comes from a spring brought by a hose and a water region that passes behind the house. Simple, bucolic place. Ideal for being inspired by an experience tourism.

We have in the space a kitchen with a refrigerator and stove and basic cooking utensils, right next to a double box bed and a single bed, next to a closet and a 1940s nightstand.
