This is by all accounts a fabulous place to stay. If you can overlook the dishevelled main entrance and the Effingut offices on the same floor, all is good.. Once you close the front door it's an oasis.. Plenty of hot water clean as can be with all the bits and pieces anyone will need for a weekend away. This really is a special place and highly recommended. Private and peaceful are the added bonus..

I had a great stay at Sarabjeet’s place. The room was clean, peaceful, and very well-maintained, making it a comfortable experience overall. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and hassle-free. Sarabjeet was a wonderful host, very prompt and helpful in his responses, which added to the ease of the stay. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a calm and well-managed stay in the Baner-Pashan area.

Thoughtfully designed and well maintained property.

The place was amazing. Surrounded by baner hills and lush greenery. The apartment was neat and tidy and cozy. Check in and check out was smooth and hassle free. A fridge, water purifier, microwave, and utensils were provided. Overall a great experience.

Overall experience was good, but few things need to be take care of. Most important, there is a camera in the hall facing the door. Although camera does not cover any of the rooms, it is common knowledge that the camera has microphones so privacy does get intruded, ideally the camera should be outside the main door. A few more utensils including a microwave would be better. Previous experience with Airbnb is the utensils and dishes are being washed by the caretaker, in this case Priyanka informed that we need to do it. If you have XUV or big sedan, you will need extremely high skills to reach the alloted parking in the lower basement to ensure you reach without scraping your car due to the narrow and faulty design of the path. Driving since 25 years, but still I had to reverse 2-3 times to reach and exit from the parking.

Good ambiance,spacious place for small family. Clean washrooms.Silent environment.Good hospitality. Recommend to anyone who want peace and enjoy at great place.

It was a great stay at Ananya's place. I just feel like I am at home. Everything was so perfect neat and clean. I would like to suggest anyone who reading this review go ahead to book this place if you want to stay in Pune peacefully and feel like ur second home.

Had a really good experience staying here. The host was polite, responsive, and made sure everything was in place. The room was clean and comfortable with all the basic facilities. There was also a simple power backup for one fan and one light in the bedroom, which was helpful during power cuts. The overall stay was smooth and pleasant. Easily accessible property, nestled with Golf course greenery. The host Mr Jeet is super responsive and we had a blast during out stay. The clubhouse had enough activities and restuarants that made us not even wanna venture out. The balcony had great view Pimpri city and the MCA stadium.
