There is a cool restaurant 5 minutes away by foot. (Jägerstube). Forest walks with educational trail. Bike paths in the surrounding area. The house is two stories. Apartment with great panorama, large living room with kitchen and 10 square meter balcony, with barbecue facilities. Upstairs there are 2 rooms with bathroom and toilet.

The ruins of a 200-year-old barn accommodate the garden dining and lounge area. Libic: is not a faceless apartment, nor a cold luxury accommodation. This is our personal project, and we've put our hearts and souls into every corner of it. The house was designed and built by my father – the entire building preserves his handiwork and his love for nature. I am now working on beautifying and modernizing this legacy, while my wife, Juci, has made the spaces truly unique and artistic with her own paintings on the walls and a special on-site installation.
