Ocean front, modern, boutique style condo. Located 5 minutes from the airport on one of the most quiet and beautiful beaches on the northeast of the island. Direct beach access. Walking distance to restaurants, grocery store, and pharmacy. Parking included with 24 hour security. After 3 guests, there will be an additional charge of $50 per person per night. I also have an extra battery included in the unit in case of power outages. Instructions, will be provided to maximize battery life.

You will fall in love with the view. Located on the Upper Penthouse floor (15th) with a spectacular view of Isla Verde. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, one is for storage, 1 full bathroom and a kitchenette. There is 24/7 security doorman. In addition, there is pool and laundry facility.
