Perfect condo for the location and so beautiful inside! Very beachy feeling! I highly recommend this place!

This is the second time I stayed at this condo and it never ceases to amaze. The place was just as I remembered, perfect. Christopher was a great host. He was highly communicative and even checked in when the weather got bad due to a hurricane in the area. We recommend this place when you need a peaceful place next to the beach. Great hosts that are very responsive, condo was super clean and right on the beach. They have everything to spend the day on the beach, chairs umbrellas, towels, toys etc. The beach is so beautiful too, powder white sand, crystal clear water and amazing sunsets. A wonderful place to relax, unwind and recharge.

The location was perfect. The beach was very clean. Had super comfortable beach chairs. BBQ area was great. Living room/dining area combo is very nice and clean. Comfortable sofas and a large dining table. Nice granite kitchen. Matt responded immediately to my questions and gave detailed directions. We would definitely stay again….And the SUNSETS were MAGNIFICENT.

The house was beautiful in a perfect location! The pool in the backyard was wonderful to jump into after a day at the beach. The ocean was the prettiest shade of clear blue/green. We will definitely be returning!

We love this apartment. It was comfy, well organized and beautiful decorated. It is located perfectly, close to Publix, Walgreens, the beach, restaurants, etc. We loved the deck/dock area to relax and fish and the beautiful views. We saw so many dolphins. We definitely enjoy and loved this place. So worth it. The host was always so nice, respectful and responsive to our needs. Thank you and it was 💯 worth it.

Kristi’s condo was nothing short of amazing! The view from the large balcony was incredible and we spent much of our time out there. The inside is beautiful, comfortable, and updated and has everything you might need during a stay. There was always plenty of space on the beach and you can’t beat the convenience of the condo being right there. The location is perfect, being close to great restaurants and bars, but also quiet around the condo so you can really relax. Kristi was very communicative and only a message away if we ever needed anything. Check-in and checkout couldn’t have been easier. This is easily one of the best condos we have ever stayed!

My son and I stayed at "The Merry Yacht" when in town for Eckerd college dorm summer move in. Condo exactly as described and she and her husband were consistently kind and timely with communication. They did not hesitate to allow my son to check in a few hours after I reached out the morning we arrived with a request as we were exhausted from early morning travel. Quiet, condo so comfortable and homey; pristine throughout. Safe and short walk to Starbucks and one of our favorite restaurants in St Pete - Tiki Docks. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

My husband and I needed a little staycation after a stressful few months. The little apartment at the beach was perfect. The location was beautiful despite the fact that the area is still recovering from a few hurricanes last year. The host was also very helpful and gave some great recommendations. The only negative thing that I can say is that my stay was too short. I look forward to staying there again.

It was a great stay with plenty of space and easy access to the beach. Just what we anticipated.

The penthouse was even beyond our expectations. It was very modern, well decorated, clean, well equipped for our stay, including things for the beach. The view of the Sea Bay and Marina were spectacular. Would definitely stay here again. Already thinking about a winter trip. Thank you, Mindy for being so accessible.

We loved the condo. It easily fit our family of 5. The kitchen/living area was very spacious. The unit was very clean and well kept and looked newly remodeled. It had a lot of little details that were nice to have. For example, they had charging blocks on the bedside tables. The refrigerator was huge and easily held all of our groceries. The nugget ice maker was nice as well. The deck was nice with comfy outdoor chairs, where we all sat to eat breakfast. The king bathroom had the best soaking tub and huge walk-in shower. The washer and dryer were huge. It was so nice to fit our beach towels at the end of the day witbout having to do multiple loads. Max was very quick to respond when we had any questions. I am very picky and have high standards with my vacation accommodations, and I have to say this condo was by far one of the best places we've stayed!

Wow! Our family came down for a much needed getaway and this condo was the perfect place for it! The beach was peaceful and calm, the condo was well furnished and had everything that we needed. There was activities and restaurants easily accessible. Owners were very responsive. Would definitely come back!

The location was even better and closer to the beach than the pictures portrayed! We loved being able to basically walk right out the door to the beach. The condo was so cute and clean and all of the white gives a very crisp feel. The king bed was SO comfortable and the sheets and blankets were SO soft (probably my favorite part of the rental). Kitchen and bathrooms were very clean as well! Karina was a great host and was very helpful with any questions I had. I would most certainly recommend this rental. We had a family of 4 and the space was perfect! My only downfall was that I never could find the code to the pool, but that was my own fault for overlooking an email. The email will come from palmhouse, not air b&b (for anyone else who may miss this in the future). I ended up asking another guest and it worked out just fine! 10/10 for us!

Communication with Dave was super easy. If I had any questions or I wanted to let them know anything they responded very quickly. We will definitely be back- even though we live across the bay-We still want to stay on the beach to remind ourselves we live in Florida. Beautiful stay! We will be back!!

Plenty of room for our family, very quiet, we were not disturbed by upstairs or neighboring condos. Upgrades to the condo were beautiful and very thought out. We enjoyed our stay and would consider staying again!

This beachfront rental is absolutely amazing! It’s hard to imagine finding a place any closer to the sand. Almost every room, including the kitchen, bathroom, two patios, even one of the parking spots have breathtaking ocean views. Beach access couldn’t be easier…just down the stairs and you’re on the sand. The closet stocked with beach toys and chairs is a wonderful bonus, making beach days effortless. Don’t miss the fantastic French bakery Voilà-Merci across the street; it was a treat every morning. Highly recommend this unbeatable location for a truly relaxing beach getaway!

I love this place. The condo is just enough space, it’s spotless. Even with the storms that Florida had, the complex did a great job so far at restoring everything. The beds are so comfortable. The kitchen, refrigerator and just everything is so clean. They supply a good amount of towels, beach towels etc. We are already booked for 2026 and have started the countdown. OH, and Ally the bartender is the best. Just an extra little perk to such a great quaint place.

I loved the apartment very well equipped for everything you need to cook. The apartment has an amazing view, location is great, close to everything from restaurants, grocery stores, pharmacies, etc. I loved it!
