Apt very clean and organized,has all the necessary items for the stay ,the condominium has a very good structure and private access to the beach .

The apartment and condominium are just like the pictures!! Kitchen, living room, balcony and large outdoor space, integrated and extremely comfortable for families! Fully equipped kitchen, nothing was missing!! Bedrooms: very comfortable beds, pillows. Bathrooms: very good showers, cleanliness and great basic items. Very good outdoor area, practical and private access to the beach safely. I hope to be able to come more often!! The stay was great!!

Extremely comfortable stay for me and my family. We went with my 9-month-old baby. Bruno and Gabriela provided cradle, the kitchen had all the utensils to cook for my family. Clean, comfortable location with a beautiful view of the balcony. This apartment is ideal for long stays and for those who appreciate comfort and privacy. What an amazing stay! Like everyone says super cozy and very very clean! I stayed for three weeks and I had everything I needed to cook everything! Location is perfect! Right in front of the ocean, beach access right around the corner where you can walk barefoot. You hear the ocean all day from inside the apt, even with the door closed. And the sounds of birds. The view looks better in person than photos and can be seen throughout the whole apartment. Everything you need within walking distance and the walk is beautiful next to a big park! Claudia was the best! Very friendly and great energy. Super welcoming and accommodating. She also made most things inside the apartment, and seeing her creative energy was very inspiring. I highly recommend this place!

The house is very nice and the ocean view and brightness of the house are unparalleled. Raphael is very attentive and well prepared. The staircase to the beach is long and rather steep. Not suitable for someone with mobility restriction such as old people or to go and back several times a day. The house is in the south of the island, in a quiet area and beach. Mobilizing on the island north in season can take more than 1:30 hs. There is a good supermarket 15 minutes by car and several restaurants with excellent local food on the beach 10 minutes by car. Definitely recommended and will return.

The apartment was spotless, everything you need is on hand. The owner was very nice and the location of the property is ideal. The condominium has a gym, pool and direct beach access which is quite quiet.

Great stay! We were 6 and it fit our group perfectly. We loved the backyard, outdoor kitchen, and being steps from the beach.

Stayed here for a month and had a great stay! Super well located in Novo Campeche and a short walk to the beach. Wifi worked great for working from home and I had everything I needed for my stay. Would recommend this place to anyone!

Amazing accommodation! The apartment is at the height of the treetops, which gives you surreal privacy. Very quiet, clean and complete. The gas shower is super hot, there are extra blankets and a very good air conditioner.
