Its central location is a perfect setting if you're exploring Phoenix for pleasure, visiting for an event or spending time in town on business. Full, shared access to all pictured spaces for this "Entire Home" listing. We occupy one end of the house and have two active listings for guests at the opposite end of house. Your favorite steamed coffee beverage, hot tea and continental breakfast (yogurt, juice, croissants, fruit, etc.) are all included with your listing. Enjoy all pictured spaces indoors and outdoors. The bathroom is just a three steps from the room and we provide bathrobes for your convenience. We live in the house and enjoy whatever level of interaction our guests choose. The home is in a quiet and well-established residential neighborhood on the border of Phoenix and Scottsdale and is within driving distance to nightlife spots, restaurants, hiking, and sporting event locations. We planned a family vacation over spring break 2025 and wanted to just relax and enjoy our time together. We picked this house for the backyard and it was everything we had hoped for. We had a group of 9 with young kids ages 2-10 and our parents and the whole group enjoyed their stay. We spent all day outback swimming, on the greens and enjoying games provided with the house. Tiffany was a great host answering any questions we had in a timely manner. We will definitely be back to the area in the future.

I’m particular about where I stay, and I can confidently say this was the best Airbnb I’ve experienced. It had every amenity imaginable—from the incredibly comfortable bed, pillows, and sheets to the spacious bathroom with a large sink and shower. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything you’d need for cooking. It truly felt like a home away from home. I’ll definitely be staying here again the next time I’m in the area.

5 Stars - A Perfect Arizona Getaway! We had an incredible stay at John Hilde’s home in Arizona! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The house was spotless, beautifully designed, and had every amenity we could possibly need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The attention to detail—from the cozy linens to the well-stocked kitchen—made us feel right at home. The location was perfect for exploring the area, and we especially loved the outdoor space—it was peaceful, private, and ideal for enjoying the Arizona sunshine. This is one of my favorite places on Airbnb. It’s nicely designed, comfortable and in a great location. AND, Christy designed it to be toxin and mold free. The bedding, furniture and fixtures are all high end. Very quiet neighborhood. I hope to stay here again.
