Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Piracaia

Viviane was very kind and agile in communication and has maintained the house with the same standard of infrastructure since March 2023, when I was there for the first time. All my family and friends who were with me during this stay and the previous one loved the coziness of the house, the decoration and its architectural style. A small family accommodates very well. Tomás is an excellent host, responds quickly and kindly, and provides useful information and tips to enjoy the place. The sun house is rustic in style but very comfortable. Spacious bedrooms, living room and kitchen. The bed in the master bedroom is very comfortable, and you can see Tomás' care in choosing bed linen and blankets. To be perfect in my opinion, it would be to put a box in the bathroom with a gas shower and some more kitchen utensils. But nothing that has hindered us. The staff is helpful and discreet. It is worth it for those who are looking for silence, rest and contact with nature.

Felipe gave us very complete and organized instructions from the moment we made the reservation. During the stay, he and Elton were very helpful and responded to messages super fast - they even lent us a coffee filter and flour that we forgot to bring hahaha The house is wonderful, very well maintained and clean - super well-equipped kitchen and plenty of blankets for the cold days we faced. The garden is impeccable, all well thought out and planned for moments of rest and contemplation. The waterfall near the house is also wonderful and easily accessible. We had a blast lighting the fire Elton prepared for us! Finally, the house dogs, who kept our Caramela company every day, were very docile and pleasant. I highly recommend it for those looking for days of rest in a beautiful place like this! Thank you Felipe and Elton!

We had a wonderful experience in this house in Monte Verde! The house is simply charming, very charming, cozy and extremely well equipped — thought out in the smallest details to offer comfort. The location is also excellent, very close to the center, which made our tours much easier. Everything was perfect, we will definitely come back and recommend it without hesitation!

Clarice and her husband are great hosts, they welcomed us very well and were very polite. The house is as advertised, everything is very clean and organized, everything is very new and working perfectly, making us feel at home, with everything we need. Location is great, very easy to get to and close to Morro do Elefante. We will return more often, we highly recommend the stay!

Our home experience was amazing. The house is an annex to the hosts' house, but we had a lot of privacy. Sérgio was very helpful and made us feel at ease. We arrived at dawn and had no problems with it. We were greeted with treats (wine, dulce de leche, cheese bread and a basket with towels and bathrobes.) The pool was extremely cold due to the rain, but we made the most of the hydro, which heats up to 40 degrees. There is a waterfall with a trail 10 minutes from the residence, a fee of 10 reais is paid for visitation and you can enjoy an incredible trail along the banks of the waterfalls. In short, everything was wonderful. The accommodation is worth every cent.

Marcelo’s place is truly special and absolutely worth a visit! Super comfortable and surrounded by lush forest, it feels like staying in a charming treehouse. The bedrooms are cozy, with high-quality bed linens and towels provided in more than enough quantity. The bathrooms are excellent, with hot, relaxing showers. The kitchen is chef-worthy — fully equipped and seamlessly integrated with the outdoor area, making the whole experience even more enjoyable. The jacuzzi works perfectly and stays nice and warm. Marcelo is a top-notch host: always available, incredibly kind, full of great tips, and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable — even gifting us a bottle of wine and a delicious cake. We loved every moment and will definitely be back!

Easy check in and location, cute little apartment

The environment is really as described in the advertisement (cozy, beautiful and organized). The host responded quickly and clarified all our doubts. The concierge team is also very helpful, attentive and kind. Regarding the neighborhood's safety... there are many homeless people and drug users scattered around the square (something common in any Brazilian state), but just be cautious and don't fool around. Finally, the stay was good and I would possibly stay in the same place again.

We arrived at the accommodation 3 hours before check-in and Luciano kindly let us check in early. The loft is centrally located, close to several tourist spots. The loft is exactly like the listing photos. We loved the stay and recommend Luciano's accommodation.

It was a great experience staying in Marcos' apartment. In addition to the organization and amenities, Marcos was an excellent host, always attentive to our needs. I recommend this space for those who need to be in downtown São Paulo in a cozy and comfortable environment.

The Bluehaus apartment is very nice, we went with my partner and it has everything, very well equipped! The piece in the second has a spectacular view, and so does the terrace. One of the best neighborhoods in São Paulo, very close to supermarkets, restaurants and shops. They were very attentive in answering all our questions. I recommend anyways!

I would like to express, on behalf of my entire family, our satisfaction in having enjoyed peaceful and invigorating days in the AP of Mr. Neusa and Cláudio and administered by Giovana, their daughter. The AP is a delight, reminiscent of a grandmother's house that embraces you in every detail, we feel the care and affection in every corner as well as the support that the family gave us in an unexpected health situation. The location is excellent for those seeking tranquility and peace, next to a forest with the singing of birds at dawn! We look forward to returning soon! 🙌🏻

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb unit. The place is super charming, very clean (spotless), and walking distance to great bars and restaurants. Check-in/out was smooth. The building has amazing amenities like a pool, game room, waiting area, and an outstanding gym. The doormen were always friendly, and the gated entrance felt very safe. Perfect for solo travelers or couples — great value for the price. Carina, the host, was fantastic — she checked in during my stay and shared great recommendations. Only small suggestion: it would be nice if basic toiletries like shampoo and body soap were provided, especially for business travelers or short stays. Just a small detail, but everything else was excellent. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!
