Estamos em um bairro bem tranquilo, residencial e arborizado, porém sem muitos comércios ao redor. O espaço tem outras kitnets, por isso, aglomerações e sons altos não são permitidos. Upscale neighborhood of Piracicaba, we are close to the mall... we have everything nearby, supermarket, pharmacies, we have a gallery in front with produce, butcher, bakeries, beauty salon, everything around you... we are 25 minutes from Thermas water Park... very well located, we have everything you need for your daily life. Note: due to complaints about noise and spiders we changed apartments, a newer and cozier apartment with LED. M
