The house is very good. The rooms and kitchen spaces are integrated in a way that allows an excellent interaction between people. Ideal for family moments. The house is exactly as it is in the picture. Arrisco claim that the room is even larger. The toilet and kitchen utensils are very well organized. My relatives loved it!

The house is very cozy, clean and organized. The location is excellent, close to all the shops, and it is on a very quiet and peaceful street. It has the essential kitchen items, bedding, etc. We were with children and had a wonderful experience. Marlon is a wonderful host, very polite and always willing to help. I highly recommend it! I will be back for sure!

André's house is simply wonderful, well-equipped and very comfortable, it exceeded our expectations. He was extremely requested and good people, at check-in presented us with the house and utensils in detail, during our stay he worried about whether everything was okay and if we needed anything. I recommend with my eyes closed. It is the ideal place for those who want to rest in a quiet place.

We had a great stay at Junior's place in São Pedro! The house is spacious, comfortable and exactly as shown in the photos. All rooms were well taken care of, the pool was clean and ready for use, and the barbecue area was complete with all the necessary utensils. Júnior was attentive and made us very comfortable. I highly recommend it and would definitely come back!

I begin this evaluation by saying that they were wonderful days, this trip meant a lot to our family because it marked the 60th birthday of my mother-in-law, 37 years of marriage of my in-laws and the birthday of my sister-in-law, in addition to the intimate family moment. When we were leaving, we commented: we couldn't have chosen a better place to stay and a better city. We feel at home, we are comfortable, we are at ease. Letícia attended to us with hospitality and attention, which made all the difference because we felt safe. The little farm at the condominium's door is a very nice and free attraction, and the hot springs are right next to the house. The condominium has a really nice playground for children and is very quiet and safe. The center is very close to the house and it is possible to enjoy the attractions of the city without much travel time: We will definitely come back more often.

Our stay was perfect, we felt very welcome and cozy. The house perfectly follows descriptions and photos. Starting with the hosts: Renato and his mother, Goretti, were extremely pleasant and attentive, making contact from the moment I booked. The house is simply charming! Much better than we expected. Clean, tidy, the decor is cozy, the whole house is very well equipped, in short, the place is a delight. I will definitely return and highly recommend it, in case anyone has any doubts.

What a wonderful stay!!! We want to go back. They can close without fear, there are no lies as to what Anderson informs. Just one addendum that I didn't respect Anderson: the values of the hotel's meals are salty rs, but it is very close to the center and there are many options for restaurants there. The employee who cleanses is very nice and does her job well. And the Pizza of the hotel tratoria is sensacionaaaaal! Anyway, vale muitooooo God bless you Anderson!

Since the Beginning Rogério helped in the whole process, super helpful, responds very quickly, gave us great tips on what to do in the city and we did all that he guided us, a very quiet and familiar place and easy access to everything, the apartment is great very cozy and has everything you need and is identical to the advertised. We will definitely be back in the next opportunity.

Amazing place, delicious food very high value but everything of quality with variety, extritally educated employees, apartment accommodates 6 people but with 4 people it is more pleasant, beds super comfortable the bedding and sofa bed not so much, place for Family with fun and tranquility

Reggiane is a very good person, the apartment is huge. Towels and bed linens are clean and soft.

This is a fantastic place, on the top floor with incredible views, and a great location with lots of restaurants, bakeries, and even a brewery nearby. The apartment itself is very comfortable and well-organized. I would definitely stay here again. Just note, for the Americans out there (haha), that there is only AC in the master bedroom (to help you sleep). But I think this is typical of Brazil.
