Waterfront holiday rentals in Pirin Mountains

Excellent location, close to the hoist and shops for renting equipment. Very good hosts. We loved it.

Everything was perfect! i spent almost three months here and I could stay another three. The room is big, has everything you need for everyday life, hotel's both pools and gym are great. There is a lot of parking space, it got a bit crowded near the end of August, but I still managed to find one every time. Galina is an amazing host, replies instantly and helps with everything you need. I had a wonderful time there for a really low price.

It was good place for ski. 10 minutes walking to lift. Shops were near us. Faster answer. Thank you!

Very clean and within walking distance of the gondola at around 400m it 10-12 mins. An excellent, hospitable, warm and well equipped spacious pair of apartments. Highly recommended.

Two really nice apartments one above the other in block 3 of Downtown Bansko Resort. They had everything we needed and were super-warm and comfy. There's a balcony on one side, and the view out of the windows on the other side to the Rila moutains is stunning. Parking is 10 Lev for a whole day, you can pay by SMS (if you have a bulgarian SIM) or online at qrpay - it is bansko blue zone. There is a supermarket on the corner, 2 min walk. Each apartment has it's own hot water tank, and a sign on the block door asks residents not to have baths , but I think this is just good advice if you don't want to run out of water. A little planning (or shower) is the answer. The heating is via hot air blowers which are really good at heating up, but that does mean there are less opportunities for drying wet clothes. There is two-armed rail over the radiator in the bathroom which worked really well for us, if you rotate items.

Perfect place to stay, the gondola is easily walkable as well as being close to new and old town. Plenty of shops, restaurants and things to do nearby. The apartment complex was very quiet as well.

Extremely kind host! I highly recommend the guest house, it has an amazing large yard, the house is cozy with a huge window in the dining room with a mountain view.. has all the household necessities.. I give a huge thank you to the host who recommended us unique places to eat in the surroundings.. we took amazing .

Wonderful villa for a family holiday! We were there with our twins age 2.5 and we were more than pleased with everything! The house has all the necessary amenities, the hosts were very friendly and responsive. We were very pleased with how comfortable the beds were, also that there was a small dishwasher and we didn't have to do the dishes. The kitchen had everything for preparing our own meals. One note for people with kids or elderly - the stairs to the second floor were a bit steep, so we had to be careful. The best feature of the house is its location - a 10 minute walk from the city center where there were plenty of things to do with the kids, as well as a 10-minute drive from the gondola for the ones who wanted to ski. We were there beginning of April when the ski season was approaching its end and enjoyed both snow in the mountain and spring in the city. Woke up every day to birds singing, green grass in the yard and the sound of the river nearby. Truly a wonderful experience!

We had a great time at the place! The host are extremely welcoming and gelpful. The apartment is large and clean. The nature around is amazing. Lots of opportunities for walks and biking. Berovo has great restauranta, pubs, coffees. Berovo lake is a few kms away and is amazing - visit is recommended!

Fantastic accommodation and great location. Very nice hosts. Had everything we need. Would definitely come back.
