Päärakennus on valmistunut v 1923. Vuokrattava huoneisto remointoitiin v 2021 ja se on siisti ja raikas. Kirjasto-kammari on saanut nimensä historiansa mukaan. Majoittumaan mahtuu mukavasti 2 hlö queen size bed 160x200 ja 2 hlö parvisänkyyn. Lisävuoteita tarvittaessa 2kpl. Rapun äänet/liikenne kuuluu jonkin verran. Ovesta lyhyt matka luontoon. Pihassa parkkipaikka. EI TVtä, ei wifiä! Hyvät bussihteydet. Kauppakeskus 1,2km päässä. Kioski tien toisella puolella. Messukeskus 800m. Nokia areena 4,7km.

Tervetuloa upeaan, juuri remontoituun huoneistoon, joka sijaitsee historiallisessa, lähes 100-vuotiaassa kivitalossa Tampereen ydinkeskustan parhaalla sijainnilla, jossa kaikki on lähellä. Tampereen persoonallisimmat ravintolat ja kauneimmat kävelyreitit ovat kaikki vain muutamien askelien päässä.
