Our Grover Beach apartment has an ocean view and lots of natural light. It is perfectly located within a couple miles of the Pismo Pier, Arroyo Grande village, and Oceano dunes. It is a .6 mile walk from the beach. It is approx. 650 SF including a living room with sofa bed, full kitchen, private bedroom with queen size bed, and bathroom. Our cottage is a COST EFFECTIVE alternative to hotel rooms! It is single story for easy access, no common walls with a FULL kitchen. It has an outdoor yard for bbq and kids play. The cottage has one dedicated parking spot in the driveway. The parking space is limited so we are not able to accommodate oversized vehicles. Our cottage is 1/2 block to the beach and 2 1/2 blocks from the pier. It is located within walking distance of all downtown shops and restaurants.

The half kitchen has a sink, counter, small fridge, microwave, coffee maker, toaster oven, electric kettle, and filtered water. The bathroom has a tiled shower (no tub) and full sized vanity with full length mirror. There is free great WiFi, and free basic Hulu streaming. Propane BBQ available upon request.
