Holiday rentals with beach access in Pisticci

We loved our stay at this Airbnb. It was a perfect size and setup for myself and my husband, and my parents. 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms gave us all the space and flexibility. The kitchen was incredibly well equipped and the terrace was so wonderful to spend breakfast and happy hours sitting outside enjoying the surroundings. The location is absolutely amazing, easy to get to the edge of the old city where we could park the car and in the perfect balance of walkable and lots to do but not in the craziest loudest parts of the city. It was just so charming. NOTE: for those driving their own rental car, like us, note that you cannot park within a 5 minute walk of the apartment (you have to park in the new city, but this apartment is close to the edge!) so just something to know when thinking about transporting suitcases and groceries, etc. Parking can be extremely tricky and limited, but somehow we lucked out! We ended up putting in the cafe “Mezzopieno” as the destination to find parking.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Wohnung. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, sehr geräumig. Eine große Terrasse, wo wir gerne die Abende verbrachthaben. Der Garten war gut gepflegt. Die Klimaanlage hat gut funktioniert. Es war alles da, was man braucht. Der Strand Saturo ist in ca. 10 Autoritäten zu erreichen. Wir sind gut empfangen worden. Maria ist eine sehr gute Gastgeberin. Sie hat uns gut eingewiesen und alles erklärt. Wir würden gerne noch ein Mal hierher kommen. Und wir empfehlen auf jeden Fall diese Wohnung weiter.

L'appartement géré par Fabio est très agréable. Sa position au dernier étage (avec ascenseur) et sa terrasse offrent une vue imprenable sur la mer. Le quartier peut être un peu bruyant la nuit. Fabio est SUPER réactif et disponible. Il a ,sans bronché, accepté notre check-in à 23h et était présent pour nous accueillir. Le centre vile de Monopoli n'est pas très loin mais un véhicule est préférable pour profiter pleinement de la région. Un Supermarché est proche pour acheter les premières nécessités mais le quartier ne regorge pas de bars et retos.

Raffaello’s apartment was gorgeous and beautifully styled! Everything matched the description, and my partner and I immediately felt right at home. Raffaello was responsive and very thoughtful, even leaving us extra beach towels for our stay. The apartment was within walking distance to Centro Storico and the neighborhood provided a lovely respite and glimpse into day to day Monopoli life. Raffaello’s recommendations were all incredible! We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to our friends!

Liebevoll und praktisch eingerichtetes Appartement, gut gelegen, um zu Fuß nach Monopoli zu gelangen und um mit dem Auto Apulien zu erkunden. Gabriella ist eine nette, zuvorkommende Gastgeberin, die immer erreichbar war und gute Tipps gegeben hat! Ein rundum schöner Aufenthalt im Casa Onda! Grazie Gabriella!

We had the most wonderful time staying in Monopoli. The photos really do not do the view from the rooftop justice, we could not believe that was where we were going to be staying when we went up there for the first time!!! It is stunning. The apartment was spotlessly clean, great location and Guiseppe was incredible friendly and super responsive. We would absolutely stay again!!

Saverio and his place helped us to have a wonderful holiday in Monopoli. Saverio is awesome, he waited us at the apartment and showed us around, even sent some local suggestions. He is a very great host, I would recommend him to anyone :) The apartment is in a great location, right in the middle of Monopoli Old Town about 15 mins walking from the railway station, the near local beaches are also very close by foot. Due to the great location it's surrounded with lot of restaurants and to-dos around the old town. The apartment was clean, tidy and it had everything what you'll need for a good holiday. The bed was also comfortable and the terrace is a huge plus to sit out and watch the street below you :) It's can be a bit noisy due to its central position, but if you close the windows it's not bothering you at all :) Overall it was a very good choice and if we'll go back we would choose Saverio and his apartment again.

Świetne miejsce, jednak nocleg w miejscu kilku poziomowym na dłuższą metę może być uciążliwy. Każde pomieszczenie jest na innym piętrze. Jednakże ma to swój urok! Przepiękny widok z tarasu. Cudowna spokojna okolica, mimo, że blisko głównych atrakcji.

De ligging was ‘perfect’. Je zit middenin het oude centrum van Monopoli maar toch is het rustig ‘s nachts. Enkel de kerk laat de klokken regelmatig luiden tijdens een feestdag of zondagochtend. De accommodatie was heel mooi. Wel niet ideaal als je slecht te been bent want er zijn 3 trappen die je moet doen vooraleer op het terras te komen. 1ste verdieping is de keuken + 2 eenpersoonsbedden. 2de verdieping de slaapkamer met een 2persoonsbed en een badkamertje, 3de verdieping terras. Pluspunten: ligging, prijs-kwaliteit. Minpunten: iets te klein als je er met 4 dames verblijft. Redelijk weinig opbergruimte voor de kleren. Mini badkamertje. Eén toilet. Verder hebben we echt super hard genoten van ons verblijf dus zeker aan te raden!

It’s impossible to write only in 1000 characters about Namorada. Every single detail is perfect, the welcome is perfect, the place is perfect, the checkout is perfect too. We had a wonderful stay in Liliana's appartement. It's close to the historical center, shops and the beaches. Highly recommend for anyone looking to stay a few days to visit Monopoli.

Staying at Felicia's place in Capitolo was an absolute dream. From the moment we arrived, Felicia made us feel incredibly welcome with her thoughtful touches and genuine hospitality. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and perfectly located — just a short walk to the stunning beaches and charming local restaurants. We especially loved starting our mornings with coffee on the terrace, soaking in the sea breeze. Felicia was always available if we needed anything, yet gave us complete privacy throughout our stay. This was one of our favorite Airbnb experiences ever — we can’t wait to come back. Grazie mille, Felicia!

Espetacular!!! Apto perfeito, super bem decorado, impecável nos mínimos detalhes!!! Localização ideal, no coração do centrinho de Monopoli com acesso aos melhores bares, restaurantes e passeios de barco. Tudo a poucos metros. Anna foi extremamente solícita, gentil e educada. Ítens básicos como café, água, refrigerante e bolachinhas estavam à disposição para facilitar a estadia. Ficaria facilmente o mês inteiro em Monopoli, neste apto.

Lina’s apartment was perfect for our few days in Monopoli and the surrounding area. Loved how close it was to the Old Town but still quiet. Perfect to have parking on site. It was clean, very spacious, and nicely furnished. Lina was great about communication, gave us very clear instructions, and checked in with us daily. We absolutely loved our time here.

Everything about Mimma,s premises excellent,location ,10 mins walk from train station, restaurant s 2 mins walk.The facilities in the premises are exceptional. My wife and l celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary wanted something special and Mimma,s premises did not disappoint .You will not be disappointed choosing Mimma,s premises.😎

Logement idéalement placé dans le centre historique de Monopoli. La place Garibaldi est une très belle place où l’on trouve de nombreux bars / restaurants. Immersion totale. Belles rencontres avec les locaux. Boulangerie à proximité. Parking gratuit à proximité. L’appartement est facile d’accès. Très spacieux et aéré, du balcon , nous avions vue sur la place animée. Adriana et son mari sont très accueillants, sympathiques et très à l’écoute. Il ne manque rien dans l’appartement. Ils ont pensé à tout et ils ont tout fait afin que nous soyons comme à la maison. Encore merci à tous les deux pour cette prestation. Nous avons adoré votre ville, quelle architecture…. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour.

Beautiful stay! Lovely location just a short walk from the sea and the fact that it’s in a gated road makes you feel very safe. The house was perfectly clean and had everything we needed. The garden was lovely and quiet because of the gated road. All in all would absolutely recommend a stay here 😊

We had a truly wonderful stay at Vincenzo's place for two nights in early May. The apartment is beautiful, light and airy and the terrace overlooking the sea a great place to relax. The bed was super comfy, and we loved listening to the waves at night! Water, oil, balsamic and some nibbles supplied, a Nespresso style coffee maker (and a small Italian coffee maker) and a few coffee pods. Everything was clean and fresh, we didn't cook but there was ample equipment. There are two flights of steep and narrow stairs from the street. With small cases we found it difficult to get them up the stairs without banging the walls, it would be tricky with a large suitcase. There is another flight of narrow stairs from the bedroom/bathroom level to the kitchen, then one double height step to the terrace. This was not a problem for us but could be difficult for anyone with limited mobility. Anna was really responsive and helpful with local suggestions and well spoken English.

The stay in the Antonella´s apartment was nice. Great location in the heart of Monopoli and easy to access the historical parts, restaurants so as well the beaches on the side. Helpful instructions on parking and quick responses whenever we needed. The stairs into the apartment are very steep but thats how it is in these buildings:)

Buongiorno Ho soggiornato in questo appartamento di recente. Casa pulitissima, proprietari disponibili e gentili mi hanno fatto sentire a casa, persino nel villaggio e le persone all'ingresso nella guardiola disponibile e cordiali. La sera a bordo piscina organizzavano sempre qualcosa. Direi che se non fosse che mi si è rotta la macchina e quest'anno il servizio navetta non partiva dal villaggio, sarebbero state perfette. Le logement était parfait, correspond tout a fait à l'annonce. Les échanges sont agréables et rapides avec l'hôtel. Je recommande vivement.

Mooie locatie, host reageerde snel en kwam met oplossingen. Makkelijk in omgang en behulpzaam. Zeker de moeite waard. Parkeren is wel een ding maar als je handigheid erin krijgt kun je naast het Appartament parkeren.
