Holiday rentals with beach access in Pitangueiras Beach

Had a great stay! The view is simply breathtaking, with the sea on one side and the mountains on the other — undoubtedly, what caught our attention the most. The apartment is comfortable and offers plenty of privacy, with only two per floor. Although the furniture is not new and the kitchen has not been recently renovated, the space is very functional and welcoming. The location is excellent: a quiet and peaceful place, with 24-hour concierge and police in front of the building. It is close to restaurants, cafes, supermarket, beach bars and next to a charming viewpoint. The building does not have leisure areas such as a swimming pool, but it has a barbecue available. The host was always very attentive and responded quickly to all messages, always with cordiality. Overall, it was a great time and I recommend the accommodation!

I was very pleased with the hosting! The place is cozy, well taken care and exactly like in the pictures. I felt super comfortable during the entire stay. Communication with Ana was quick and attentive, which made all the difference. I would definitely recommend and host again. Thank you for the reception and for all the care! The apartment is very good! The view is spectacular! The bed is spacious and comfortable, with bedding and pillows. The kitchen is complete and even has an air fryer, which makes everyday life much easier. The shower is very nice too. The living room and the balcony/veranda are very spacious and pleasant. The internet is excellent and the TV also gets everything. The doormen are very attentive, especially Belmiro, who even opened the elevator door for us to go up. The location is the best in Guarujá. If I could, I would have stayed there.

i had the choice to between rosaria’s place or the local sheraton which was a little less expensive. but, when i started to communicate with her i felt the warm embrace of a kind-hearted human being. my intuition said, “go there. you won’t regret it.” upon arrival, rosaria was extremely helpful with helping me get settled. the moment you enter the apartment the gentle hum of the ocean is there to greet you. the balcony gives an unobstructed view of the ocean. offering you the solace of the sea right from the comfort of what i now consider my 2nd home. the place is clean, peaceful and healing. i arrived broken and left feeling recharged. again, rosaria is one of the sweetest people ive met in my 47 years of life. she goes out of her way to make sure you are happy. i could describe the apartment in detail but i believe this is most important. never did i question my choice while there. all i can say is this place is a haven for joy. you won’t be disappointed. you will feel peace.

The place is amazing! The house is literally on the sea, next to a beautiful and calm beach. A hidden paradise, indeed! The house is charming, all decorated with a naval theme, and contains all the practicalities advertised. The recommendation of backpacks and/or light handbags, due to the stairs to the beach/house, should be taken seriously - but little by little you can take more things -. Filippe responded quickly and was super helpful! I recommend it to everyone!

Good , first I don't even know what I liked anymore , whether it was the property or the charisma and sympathy of the hosts , I travel a lot and have never seen such a lovely host like Samir 👏 At the beginning, they made the checkin and checkout relaxed, which for us was PERFECT and always responding to us very quickly . ABOUT the HOUSE : sensational , has all the utensils in the kitchen , I did not miss absolutely Nothing , including drinking water and ice cream in the kitchen every day . The mattresses are comfortable , clean bath towels, new soaps in all suites, full bedding and excellent furniture. SECURITY : note 10 , we went to the beach and left the whole house open and we did not touch or the doors ,The super quiet condominium, we heard only the sound of the birds. We will certainly return . Gratitude❤️

The apartment matches the description very well. There is a supermarket very close, 150 meters from the location. The beach is three blocks from the apartment... the view is exceptional and panoramic. I liked that it has a grill and everything can be bought very close
