Apartment as described. Comfortable and with great location.

I had already stayed in another property in the same building, but Tatiana's apartment was much newer and cozier. The location is extremely fantastic, very close to the beach and the commercial area in general, in the heart of Pitangueiras. It was very worth it.

The ap is centralized, with many nearby options such as restaurants, markets, ice cream shops, etc. Ana is always very polite and agile in its responses. The apartment is sensational, very new, clean and organized. It is located in the best region of Guarujá. The garage in the building itself and the beach service made the experience even more satisfying. O Flávio is an extremely thoughtful guy. They were wonderful days and we will definitely be back.

Apt equal to the images, great location, many options of nearby restaurants, cafes and markets, ideal for those who want to walk without the need for transportation, exactly what I was looking for. About the accommodation, comfortable, clean, ventilated (nor did I use air conditioning). Kitchen equipped for those that like to cook. Finally, what I liked the most is that the host cared about leaving hand towels, liquid soap and toilet paper in the toilets, cleaning cloth, cleaning products for maintenance (those who are concerned about dressing, cleaning and organization will understand the reason for these notes, after all we want to feel at home on airbnb). In the most communication was clear and objective. We will be back!

I rented it to my parents, who spent 4 days and 3 nights in Guarujá. Well-equipped apartment, with emphasis on the bed that was super comfortable! In addition, the apartment is well located, they did everything on foot. 😊 Approved!

My stay was excellent! The ap. offers a spectacular view of the sea, which in itself is already worth the trip. Wake up and sleep listening to the sound of the waves was a very good experience. The place is like the photos, with everything needed for a good stay. The host, Jose Eduardo, and the staff of the apartment, were all very attentive and helpful, ensuring that everything was impeccable. Without a doubt, one of the best accommodations I've ever had. I recommend it 100% and will definitely come back!

Juliana is very attentive! When we arrived, the flat was extremely clean, in addition to having all utensils for a great stay. The lock is electronic and the password is changed every time a check-out occurs, so we had no trouble getting in. Also, the building has a vacancy for 1 vehicle, in addition to beach service with umbrella that is extremely useful if you have no intention of staying at any kiosk. Our stay at Fatima's house was perfect, we didn't even want to leave, it has everything close, everything really, clean house, comfortable accommodation, very clean beach, all kinds of places to shop, eat, walk, I have no complaints, only that it makes you want to stay lol, gratitude to everyone, caretaker, building manager, it was perfect, highly recommended, go without fear.

The apartment is very comfortable and has everything you need for an excellent stay: well-equipped kitchen, balcony with a view, comfortable living room with Smart TV, air conditioning in all rooms, 2 bedrooms with very comfortable beds, 2 bathrooms with gas heating (including in the sinks). In addition to the location, which is excellent: markets, restaurants, bars, and of course, the beach, all easily accessible, we hardly need to take the car out of the garage!

The apartment is located in a great area of Santos (channel 4). The building's differential is that it has a parking space and a swimming pool. Marcelo responds to messages very quickly! The house is well-equipped and comfortable, we didn't miss anything. We only stayed 2 days but I think it would serve us well for longer
