Enjoy all 4 seasons in Aspen, CO just steps from your front door. This is a top floor unit (3rd floor) that has been newly remodeled in May of 2024. New flooring throughout, fresh paint, new appliances +kitchen countertops & new furniture! There are two good sized bedrooms, each with a sliding glass door that leads to a private deck with beautiful views to the north. Unit has 2 bathrooms & a queen size sleeper sofa. Washer/Dryer in unit + Air conditioning in the summer months in the bedrooms!

Great condo in snowmass pool hot tubs and work out room with sauna ! FANTASTC LOCATION! Only a 2min walk to slopes, Free bus to Aspen, mall with shopping and restaurants. Wake to a beautiful sunrise over the Rocky Mountains .Nature trails are a short walk out the door. Free parking during the spring ,summer and fall and a small daily fee during the winter months.Mall and free bus is only 1easy block! ski locker on the main level so no need to lug equipment up the stairs 3 rd floor views!
