A semi-detached 2 bedroom apartment overlooking park like surroundings & view of Oakura Beach & the Tasman Sea. A very short walk will have the sand between your toes and/or a dip in the sea. Entry into the apartment is via your own front door with an outside lock-box holding the key. The apartment has 2 good size bedrooms, both with wardrobes for storage. Your space is located inside my Gingerbread House which is also home to "The Chocolate Lady". Sleep inside the Sweetest Bedroom Ever imagined or step into an Enchanted Forest Bedroom... The entrance is also the dining/lounge/library. The kitchenette has a jug, toaster, microwave, multicooker and electric frying pan. The bathroom and toilet are separate. The entrance is currently unfinished and this is reflected in the charge out rate!
