The River cabin is set in the woods for a quiet, private retreat. The bedroom has a full size bed. The 3/4 bath is a comfortable size. While there is not a full kitchen there is a small frig, Keurig coffee maker, microwave. There is a tv w/ dvd player and local channels. There is a firepit, gas grill and outdoor dining table. The cabins were built 18 years ago and while show some signs of wear and tear from guests over the years they are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected after each guest.

Also has TV, DVD/Blue ray player, Gas BBQ (May to November 1st.), as well as a picnic table, out door fire pit. For guest who are traveling by plane, towels are provided, upon request.

Overall, we had a very peaceful and smooth stay at this beautiful cabin! We found it with no troubles, hosts were very responsive, and the boats and board games were nice touches. We had a few minor issues (coffee container was empty and firewood costs were a bit steep), but we’d recommend the cabin and would love to come back.

k's lake cabin was so lovely for my family! we loved using the kayaks and canoe. the sunsets were beautiful on the lake and the cabin was so cozy and welcoming. my kids loved the upstairs den, which is equipped with kids books and a few thoughtful toys. we will certainly be returning the next time we visit our maine family members. thank you K!

Robin was very communicative and thoughtful during our stay. The place was exactly as described in the listing and was immaculate upon our arrival. The space was decorated tastefully and had everything we needed to be comfortable. Great location to be near the fair in the fall! Would recommend this location and host.
