The accommodation is ideally located, right in the center, with a taxi station right in front, and all shops, restaurants, cafes and the beach accessible in less than 5 minutes on foot. The duplex is spacious and can easily accommodate up to 8 people. Small suggestion: consider installing air conditioning for even more comfort.

The stay at Alia and Abdel's house house was wonderful. It is located just minutes from the beach, minutes from the mountain, and above all in a super quiet area, and the views from the terraces are breathtaking (sunrise is movie). In addition, the house is decorated with a lot of taste and affection, and it doesn't lack anything. It's more. I doubt that I find myself again with such a well-equipped house. In addition to all this, Alia and Abdel have been super attentive, making sure at all times that we were comfortable and have everything we needed. I wouldn't mind living in this house for a good season, hahaha Thank you very much for everything

I recently stayed at this apartment with my family, and we had a lovely time. The house is really charming, offering sophisticated panoramic views of the mountains of northern Morocco. The residence, with its 9 swimming pools, is beautiful and well kept. The apartment is perfectly equipped with high quality equipment and is impeccably clean. In addition, the owner is very gallant and friendly. Highly recommend this apartment for a memorable stay.

Very nice accommodation, 3-4 min walk to the beach, next to the city, very lively and family-friendly. The mosque is less than a 5-minute walk away and there is a grocery store nearby. The accommodation is clean with a nice cozy entrance and somewhere to hang the laundry.

Yassine’s place was just the perfect spot if you’re looking for a spacious and peaceful home to relax at. Given that I travel almost solely to places with a body of water, for me it was the proximity to the beach that made it exceptional. Yassine is a wonderful, and communicative host, looking forward to coming back to his place sooner than later!

Very beautiful villa in a very well secured residence in Cabo Negro. The place is quiet, the neighborhood is perfect and the place is as described. In addition to the pool available, a large garden on the back side under a very large umbrella will be the ideal place for your quiet breakfasts. The place was very clean, the keys were given to us by Anis's parents who are absolutely adorable! I highly recommend spending your stay with Anis if you are visiting this beautiful part of the kingdom! Undeniable return soon with my little family. Had a lovely stay here, the place is amazing and peaceful with everything you need near by. The beach is so close you could walk less than 5 min and reach the shore. I loved it
