Free parking on the property. Paid street parking from 03/01 to 10/31. Electric vehicle connection prohibited. Garage on the property to house motorcycles and bicycles. Pets allowed after agreement.

Located on a dune, under the pines, facing south, this house is a 15-minute walk from the beach and a 10-minute walk from all the shops (or others including the supermarket, restaurants...). This house is fully restored and offers all the comforts to have a good time (including sheets and towels). I would like to point out that the living room fireplace is not functional.
