The house spans 100 square meters and comprises a main house and a basement apartment. The main house features two cozy bedrooms, a well-appointed bathroom, a comfortable living room, and a fully equipped kitchen. It also boasts a private pool. The rooftop terrace is the perfect spot to enjoy panoramic view of Plakias.

The apartment was renovated in 2022 by the owners Manolis and Vicky with great taste and is located in the city of Rethymno, in the area of Kallithea. The name of the area means "good view" or "beautiful view," referring to the view that the apartment offers. It is just a 10-minute walk from the beach of Rethymno specifically 850 meters away. The distance from the old town of Rethymno is approximately 2 kilometers, where you can see the well-preserved city, shops, restaurants, and attractions.
