Χρησιμοποιήθηκαν υλικά όπως το ξύλο και το ύφασμα, σε συνδυασμό με τεχνοτροπίες σε παστέλ τόνους, για να δημιουργήσουμε ένα φιλόξενο και ηρεμο περιβάλλον για τους επισκέπτες. The Domicilechania "Venetian Residence" was built in the14th century and is known as the Venetian Rectors Palace. It was also used as the Treasury and the Archives of the Venetian administration. Overlooking the old harbor and the Venetian lighthouse its view is unique. Ideal for one or two couples or families with max. 3 children. The Venetian Residence is the ideal spot to explore the old city of Chania but also the countryside of the region. The nearest beach is 10 min. on foot.

Renovated- traditional 100 year old stone house (74, 91 sq.m.) reminiscent of a shelter. Settled in a small village named Zourva, at an altitude of 650 m. in the heart of the White Mountains. Furnished, with air-conditioning, fully equipped kitchen, TV and energy fireplace for cold winter nights. Two large balconies with stunning views of the cypress forest and Tromarissa gorge. There are two taverns in the village, and also two beautiful hiking paths for those who love hiking.

In 15 minutes walk you are in the lidl super market and there is a mini market at 300 meter away.Also the famous caffe koukouvaya is at 10 minutes on foot.q

The beach retreat, Stavros

The beach retreat is found just a few steps away from Stavros' famous beaches, and next to the cafes and restaurants of the village. Although it is situated in the middle of the village, that place has a very calm and relaxing atmosphere. The house is naturally cooled by the thick stone walls of the main building and the openings that bring in the summer breeze. It is found very close to Chania International Airport.
