Newly renovated 4th floor condo in Kingsviews. Walk down stairs to the lake front & relax on the lake or take a stroll on the boardwalk that leads to the London Bridge and Rotary Park. The master bedroom features a King bed. Large balcony with patio set & BBQ. The condo is gated with garage parking for cars or trucks, and limited spots for boat parking in the gated parking area. There is a security guard! DO NOT park your boats on the beach past 11PM, or the city will tow it!.
