Το "Sihna" είναι εμπνευσμένο από το έθιμο της γιορτής των Σίχνων που τελείται στο Λιτόχωρο ανήμερα των Θεοφανείων. Έχει τις ρίζες του στο Βυζάντιο και συνεχίζεται μέχρι σήμερα. Τα Σίχνα είναι ψηλά κοντάρια με ασημένιο ή χρυσό σταυρό στην κορυφή, που φέρουν πολύχρωμες σημαίες. Πρόκειται για αφιερώματα συντεχνιών και ναυτικών οικογενειών, τα οποία συμμετέχουν με καθορισμένη ιεροτελεστία στον καθαγιασμό των υδάτων στο Λιτόχωρο. Surrounded by a flowered garden in a quiet and full of trees neighborhood between Platamonas (with its fresh fish sea side tavernas, cafes and bars) and Nei Pori (with its 5 km organised sandy beach), our house is close to everything and at the same time away from all the "noise".

Το διαμέρισμα είναι ευρύχωρο κατάλληλο τόσο για οικογένειες όσο και για ζευγάρια. Ο κήπος διαθέτει μπάρμπεκιου για οποιονδήποτε έχει διάθεση και όρεξη να το αξιοποιήσει! Η θάλασσα απέχει μόνο πέντε λεπτά με τα πόδια καθώς και το κέντρο του χωριού.
