It has two community pools, one of them spectacular, with two slides and a beach bar, has free parking and garden areas. It is very close to the beach, about 300m or so. In the area you find everything, restaurants, bars, supermarkets, and there is a bus at the entrance of the urbanization that takes you to downtown Denia.
