The Guest House is in a lovely garden with carp pond and pool. It is self contained with its own access from a quiet road. It is situated in Javea Old Town and you can walk to the old church and indoor food market in 5 mins and to Javea Port (and beach) in 15 mins. There are excellent restaurants and tapas bars within a short walk. Public transport is a short walk away. Tennis and Golf facilities and a choice of many more excellent beaches are a short drive away. Spanish lessons are available.

You’ll love my place because it is a delightful apartment only three minutes walk to the sea, surrouded by good restaurants, cafes and lovely boutiques. With air conditioning and heating throughout, the apartment is also furnished with all necessary electrical appliances, WIFI (600 MB), Smart TV, books and toys. 4 bedrooms sleeps 7, 2 bathrooms, lounge, and 2 small terraces on which to enjoy a drink . There is also en enclosed garden and car park. A place where we want you to feel happy.
